It's pretty good watching, but very inncorrect. Anakin never should have had a padawan. Asohka's just kinda weird there, too.

It's okay. But yes, I agree with mesaallsparklyglowy, Anikin should have never gotten a padawan. It said in the third movie that he hadn't even been promoted to master then, so why would he have a padawan if he were still a knight? It doesn't make sense, the series just contradicts the movie.

Well actually Skaj, Jedi Knights could train a Padawan to become a Master.
But yes the the Clone Wars series is too incorrect and contradicts quite a bit of canon, it also displays the characters incorrectly such as General Grievous is constantly being concieved as a coward who has to flee every battle situation and this is before his lungs being Force Crushed by Windu. He should still be able to go into a room and clean sweep it no problem like in the Clone Wars Animated Series.
It also contradicts the military of the Republic and the CIS, with the Munificent Frigates being able to over power and out right slaughter Venator-Class Destroyers, even though I recall the majority of the fleet being Acclamator-Classes as well as Victory-Classes, in my opinion the series is lazy.
The B1's have also seemingly stolen Jar Jar's place as the biggest idiots in Star Wars now. Artificial Intelligence.... we hardly knew ye.

I'd have to say that the clone wars series can't possibly be cannon, it just contradicts far too much. I'm pretty sure I've said it before, but the series is just a disappointment overall. As well, they have a very limited amount of episodes they can make. After all, the clone wars was only 3 years. In that time, Ahsoka would have to have died say, six months to a year before the events of episode 3 take place, or Anakin would probably still be in mourning or some kind over her death.
It also irks me that the series has inserted a character that just wouldn't fit in cannon as someone for kids to identify with for the series. It would be fine if they had someone small who just kind of followed anakin around, but wasn't his padawan. Or even if they had the focus of the main story arc be from the perspective of a particular padawan that just winds up being at various major things that happen in the clone wars and witnessing things. I can understand that they're aiming the show at kids. They did it before with Ewoks and Droids...but at least those shows didn't blatantly ignore cannon. They, basically just happened outside the scope of the movies entirely.
To make the series better: Don't present the droids as goofy enemies that are entirely inept. Make the battle droids a fear inducing threat. This makes the heroes who take these things on and win that much more heroic. Battle Droids just getting roflstomped just makes it look like any fool could take them on and win.
If you're going to make characters up, make ones up that work in cannon. Case in point: Ahsoka is not endearing, she's not funny, she's just really annoying and never seems to actually learn from her mistakes. This is insulting towards the target audience of the show, because it makes anyone in that age group look bad.
If it's going to be star wars, you should try and market it towards all the fans, rather than kids. The combined investing force of the entire star wars fandom is greater than the investment force of a bunch of kids, no matter how much those kids might whine or pine for toys.
From the episodes I saw, there were some good characters to be had and some interesting things going on. But then the joke enemies just kind of ruined that entirely. no matter how scary or cool Cad Bane might have been, the fact that battle droids were stupid made him stupid by association.

You also have to take into case and point that even though the droids have been made into complete retards the makers are as lazy as all hell, come on to heck only three Venators per fleet... that's not a fleet it's a patrol! they make seemingly full sized clone armies the size of about what 20 troops? they also seem to have removed the Recusant-Class entirely as well as Acclamators and Victory-Classes as if none of them existed... a Munificent-Frigate slaughtering a Venator.... wow....
