Distorted Desires Vice Captain

Here is where gym battles will be held against Leader Beatrix and her trainer students. Winners will receive the Boulderbadge and a TM.
As you enter, a man greets you at the front door, saying "Hey there rookie! This is Pewter's gym, the leader is the rock hard beauty, Beatrix. Her battle style is a major offensive rock Pokemon team, so I advise GRASS and WATER pokemon."
The gym floor is a rough, rocky ground, with a smooth platform covering a path that leads to Beatrix, her students, Calvin and Robin, are standing between the entrance and her, and will have to be battled to reach her.
( Calvin and Robin are NPCs, and are here for the soul purpose of exp. )

( lol, I would say "I dunno, ask Ray" but she's offline xDD
so yeah, just battle Calvin and Robin like they're wild Pokemon, then try to beat Beatrix wink )

OOC: I am gonna skip the npcs, because I am gonna be evalutating you, and not the npcs. But great idea with npcs, dear.
Dodge walked up the the gym. Her heart was beating like a hummng birds wing. Of course, her Pokémon were just as anxious, but this a big deal. She passsed by the two kids in front of her, and they barely noticed she was there. When she entered the actual gym, she released her Pokémon from their cramped little homes.
Dodge scanned each one of them. "Poliwhirl!" She yelled, and Poliwhirl stood up straight. "I am gonna let you fight first." Poliwhirl nodded his head. "Nidorino, your coming too, for back up. Cubone, your back-up as well. Ninetales." Ninetales looked up. "Im sorry, but fire does not damage stone." Ninetales looked down dissapointed. Dodge put out Ninetale's Pokéball and let Ninetales retreat back into it. "We're ready now!" Dodge yelled, happily.

Beatrix grinned, shaking the sleeve of her fur coat, causing a pokeball to fall from her sleeve pocket and land in her palm. She tossed it to the ground, her sandshrew happily bursting out of it. It looked around, noting that Poliwhirl was it's first foe. Beatrix took haste in starting the battle, calling out "Alright Sandshrew, let's start out strong. Kick it into gear with Crush Claw!" She nodded, her claws comming out, she flexed her paw, causing her claws to glow with energy. "Now combine it with a Dig!" Beatrix said. Sandshrew dived into the ground, ripping through with it's outstretched claws and speeding up through the rocky ground and approaching Poliwhirl from underneath.

Dodge adn't realized the battle had started, and it took her by suprise. She clenched her fists and put one foor forward. "Poliwhirl!" Poliwhirl suddenly snapped to attention, and took a battle stance. "Now, dodge then Water gun!" Poliwhirl nodded, and his eyes narrowed. As he felt Sandshrew vibrations in the ground, he timed himself, and when she got close enough, he jumped into the air. He could feel his chest begin to build up with water, the swirls on his chect began to expand, as he held in more and more water. He could feel his cheeks begin to burn as he through flew through the air. He only wished that Sandshrew would come out soon.
Dodge looked over at Beartix. She hadn't realized that gym leaders could be so.... Intense.

"Quickly Sandshrew! dig back down, then come up with Sand Tomb!" Sandshrew obeyed, digging back under, popping out of the ground in a safe area away from the water gun. as she broke through the top layer of ground, A large amount of sand burst out with her, spinning rapidly around her. The Sandshrew pointed her claw towards Poliwhirl, and the large mass of sand swarmed at it like a nest of disturbed bees.

Dodge didn't see this coming, but she could see that Poliwhirl was tired of holding in the water. "Poliwhirl, Water Gun!" Poliwhirl eyes lulled as he felt the water leaving his chest. A strong river of water propelled itself from Polwhirl's mouth. The water was fast, maybe close to 35MPH, and it began to collide with the sand. Poliwhirl was propelled back words from the force, and skidded against the ground. "Yeah! Poliwhirl!" Dodge yelled, smiling.
