Story time! So I was out Halloween shopping this afternoon with my Beau and an employee at my very favorite costume shop commented on my Repo! t-shirt, which opened up conversation about a film he and some friends of his are producing what is essentially a Repo! fan-prequel. Through some hinting on mine and my Beau's behalf, I've sweet talked my way in! I don't know yet how things are going to turn out, but the ultimate goal of this video is to first of all, showcase our all-out geekiness to the rest of the fandom and second of all, send it to TZ and see what he thinks of it. I'm so excited, gais! whee

That sounds awesome! I can't wait to see it.
You should try passing it along to SpookyDan too. He's very involved in Repo and does a lot of videos, including some about the fans. He might use some footage from yours in a future video or something, who knows! And you should make sure Darren Bousman sees it. He loves fan videos.

That reminds me that a friend and I are in the works of making, Repo! The Genetic Spoof. Many will laugh, many will cry, and many will come to our houses when we sleep to put a gun to our heads. o-o;

I'm constantly making REPO! parody lines so I'll probably end up making a spoof thing or just making something completely different! 3nodding
I'm really just happy that all this REPO! stuff is going on! It's really cool to have this whole....UNIVERSE of REPO!. And Terrance Zdunich must feel very proud about it. ^_^

A lot of my friends and I have considered making Repo! based videos before, but we have a million reasons we haven't yet.

Hah! Sorry, totally forgot about this thread for a minute. sweatdrop Thanks, everyone, for posting your comments and support.
I've never heard of Spooky Dan before, but I'm browsing his website now wondering why I haven't. Horror movies in general are my bread and butter (Repo! just wins because I also happen to be a giant theatre nerd), so I try to read just about every news page and blog I can get my grubby little hands on.
Turns out the guy whose running this show is kind of a slippery creature. Given, he's a college student like myself, but he also works at my FAVORITE costume supply shop. I was very annoyed when I went there last weekend. The clerk who attended to me in his absence was very rude. Pretend I don't know the freaking difference between liquid latex and spirit gum, you freaking p***k....ANYWAY. Grudge released.
I haven't been able to contact him since that day. I guess he's been out in New York seeing the off-Broadway shows. HOPEFULLY I can catch up with him soon and I can give you all a little taste of what's going on.
P.S., I promised him extras, and I'd prefer to bring him full fledged Repotards rather than my lukewarm out-of-work actor friends. So if anybody's around the central Ohio area, give me a PM.
