ok as i said in a different thread how would vampires deal with blood transmitted disease such as HIV/AIDS do there bodies some how cope with the disease as they are immortal or does it have some ill effects im just curious as to opinion on this question

those diseases are of the human kind and the venom, or whatever the virus of being a vampire is, it eliminates that ailment. like the small pox, or flu, ebola, E. Cola. we could inject into ourselves and it would have no affect. we wouldnt even be carriers.

well what if a person turned had the disease beforehand would it then cause some problems with the changing also what about some genetic diseases i mean imagine a hemophiliac getting turned would they still bleed out as a vampire?

Nope. none of that would occur. the virus is for intense and purposes a fire. it burns out everything and then leaves the new and improved life of a vampire in its wake.
