GUIDELINES
1. The three pokemon you may choose to receive if you do not already have a pokemon are Ratatta, Koffing, and Ekans, and they're at level 5.
2. The goal of Team Rocket is to capture one of each Pokemon.
3. To steal another trainer's pokemon, you must challenge another player character in battle. If you beat all of their pokemon, you may steal one of the pokemon from their party. Team Rocket only needs one of each pokemon.
4. When you steal a pokemon, post in the warehouse. There will be a list of every pokemon in the Kanto region there.
