To all new members welcome and you need to post in Cthulu's pit bar and grill thread located in the Underground sub-forum. You need to know that at the end of November we will be cleaning the dead weight out of the guild. You need to post at least once or you will be banned. From Nov 30th on new members need to post with in 30 days of joining or they will be dropped. There are enough threads and sub-forums you should be able to find some where to post.
Item One: All crew and VC's who haven't yet posted by Nov 30th in Cthulu's pit bar and grill thread (located in the Underground sub-forum ) will be demoted one rank. If they do not post there by 30 days after they will drop again. Yes I mean you Vice captains who haven't posted.
Item two: Crew and Vice captains How do not post for 30 days will lose a rank. All I ask is for is a post per week from the members but if you don't post in 30 days you don't deserve to be a leader. Green Smurf is exempted as he founded this guild and part of the deal of my take over was he remain at least crew.
Item three: I am the last court of appeal PM me if you do not agree with a guild decision or open a discussion thread but be respectful.
Item four: The other reason I'm doing this is now we have a mass message system and it costs to use by the number of members we have. Using it to notify of new NHG news letter will make my job easier but I'm not wasting money sending messages to people (non-posting members) who will not read it any way.
I'm am not doing this to be mean. This was talked about months ago and messages where sent out asking members to post
Activity in the guild will be rewarded. Being active automatically Inters you in Avi contest and we have given over 20000 gold in prizes.

this is a smart thing to do... there is a lot of Cannon fodder and foot soldiers in this guild.

The only promotions until Nov 30 is to crew. I will only add to the VC's If we have a hundred+ members. If you want to be VC maybe you should help recruit members who will be active instead of getting your friends to join so the slots will open. I'm not saying who is doing this but I know who they are so that is one reason the winter cleaning is coming.

sweetP1996 this is a smart thing to do... there is a lot of Cannon fodder and foot soldiers in this guild. The ones I'm ( yes I have relented and am going to ban some one Heil) personally going to ban is 0 count posts. I don't like it and argued against doing it for months but I tired of my PM's and profile commits being ignored.

Lord anbux1 let them stay where they are doing nothing being un active,it leaves a greater chance forus wort posters. I think we posted close together because I did say why I can't any more. I'm getting this guild in to shape like I did when I took over.

I agree with your decision Captain. I know how much work you have put into the guild & I also know that you have had the rules post for a while now. If people won't follow the rules then they are bringing nothing to the guild.

Captain, may I suggest that you start banning by October 30th?- That would not only put pressure on the newbies, but also get the guild active in the snap of fingers. Those who are serious about posting here, will do as they are commanded. Those who aren't will be left in the dust.

I'm not pressuring anyone except in that if they don't post they will be banned.
I'm done begging. I have spent hours PMing and Profile commiting trying to get just a single post out of people. I Remembered one thing that changed my mind about being nice.
I'm an EVIL SOBI don't beg or plead. I not nice or sweet. I eat babies and throw old folks under buses. I'm a Dark Elf. Post or I'm kicking you lose.
If the VC's want to put the screws on feel free to the zero posters. Leave any who have posted even once alone.
This is the only thing they really have to post to keep that from happening
