Another area located in the forest of death, not exactly at the top yet still feet from the floor. This makes an ideal area to battle.

Yumi made it to the branches from the treetops. The battle was getting crazy and kept her guard up if anyone would attack her. If anyone attack her, Rock would go to war with them.

Hibari landed with his mist flying around him, he let out a small laugh and waited.

rockaholics ((I'm here because I promised to assist the otokage in his invasion of sound))
Rukodo saw his wind dragon wasn't a big enough for the fighting shinobi. He spit in frustration and tried the same strategy again, aiming to kill this time. The akatsuki jabbed his pitchfork in the side of the treetrunk he was perched on. Quickly he formed another set of seals, these were katon however. With that he finished the handseals, bringing folded fingers to his mouth. In a sudden burst of heat, a dragon of pure flames burst from his mouth, catching fire the tree trunks around him.
After performing the jutsu, he watched silently to see the result he was looking for. The dragon took to the skies for an instance, lighting fire to whatever forest material got in it's way. Then after a split second of silence, it shifted and took a steep dive down. The dragon's flight path was aimed for Hibari, hoping this would be enough to break the fight between him and the other sound nin. The dragon would collide with it's targeted area, if Hibari was unable to think of a decent enough counter.
Whether or not the jutsu made contact, Rukodo would've grabbed his trident once again. Splintering the wood as he pulled it out with ferocity. Pure viciousness could be seen in his eyes now, and he was smiling purely out of the lust to kill. He really did hope that the sound jinchuurinki would make a good fight. Suddenly a pitchfork would've been thrown at high velocity towards Rita, seemingly coming from the same location as the dragon of fire. Rukodo's smile grew wider,"Won't you come out to play?" As the shinobi appeared on the battlefield, he saw his target, and a fire dragon heading straight FOR that target. His body flickered as his body entered the final stage, managing to appear in front of him just in time. Using the vast amount of moisture in the air from how much was there being a forest, the shinobi performed the neccesary seals. Suddenly a dragon of water launched itself at the fire dragon, colliding with it head on. Vast amount of vapor hitting the air as the two canceled each other out. "The Mizukage's has dissapeared, we are to retreat, this is not our war," he told the Mist shinobi. "Now, hurry up and report back..." he told him as he dissapeared in a cloud of bugs.

[To end the arguement over how long the Charge of Recklessness lasts for...please forgive me, I will sin again]
The Rita that should have been sliced three different ways as well as stabbed by a Trident a she fell as a sudden poof sound was heard and only parts of a tree stump would fall to the forest floor. Solo was standing a little ways from Hibari with Rita beside him.
He had used the Substitution jutsu to get her out of harms way as he glared at Hibari and then at the newcomer.
The smoke below them curling and disapating into the air. It was true that Hibari attack was invisible if you looked for it directly, but in a forest full of trees ...no attack can truily go undetected. Solo had saw it when he followed the sound of movement above the cloud of smoke. A single leaf that had been falling towards the forest floor was suddenly cut in two by the attack ...it gave all the insight that Solo needed that something was wrong.
Rita's actions had forced him to move.
Saving Rita from the trident had been an additional bonus that he hadn't been looking for.
He smirked lightly as he turned to ask Rita.
"Do you have a soldier pill?" "I am going to kill these dip sticks in two moves, but I don't have the chakra to pull it off." "So, if you have a soldier pill ..I am ending this."

Rukodo figured the trident's tossing had given away his position, so stealth was no longer an object. Not that he minded that much, it wasn't his fighting style really. He had two major obstacles to work out, signaling himself out with the jinchuurinki, and then retrieving his trident. He wanted to keep his true talent hidden, holding back until it was absoloutely necessary.
Rukodo ascended a few feet above the group of sound-nin, then descended god-like, landinga few feet parallel to them. The entrance was always his favorite part, it depicted the rest of the battle. For whatever reason, perhaps to unnerve the surrounding shinobi he began to talk. "Hey, you three do you understand, what love is?" He asked, a very sudden question. "See, as a genius of sound, I could never understand that."
Rukodo's smile faded, as he got to the serious part of his tale. "But one day I realized, the only way to truly love somebody, is to devour their heart." Perhaps his words meant something, but most likely they were a distraction. As quickly he formed fuuton handseals, rushing forward with the wind release assasin's rush technique. He tried to use his sudden speed to take Solo by surprise, trying to stab him with a kunai or at least push him aside.
He jumped to a parallel branch trying to find a free path to retrieve his trident. Rukodo ripped it from the tree, splinters flying once more. Rushing forward he slashed upwards, attempting to slice Rita with one of the edges of his trident.

Solo's eyes started to shimmer and shine. There was complete admiration in his eyes as he looked at Rukodo and smiled beautifully at him.
"Yes, I so agree ...the blood ...the heart holds all the blood." "The ultimate symbol of love is to rip it out ....and consume it. You understand me, do you love me?"
He declares with what could be seen as a star dazed expression. The thought of ripping out your lover's heart ...of feeling it trinkle through his teeth, and then ...the feeling of it dribbling down his throat. The boy looked like he was in love at that moment ...as he stood there even as Rukodo got closer. Those eyes glowed an eerier red, and he step pass the outthrust kunai, and grabbed the arm ...even as the shinobi continued onwards. He spun his body pass the shoulder and pretty much latched onto this back.
That kunai thrust was bad, it would have missed his heart, he would help him try again. To waste blood, it was a really shame ...he couldn't let that happen.
Though, as they were both lifted off of the ground it would seem that Rukodo was of another mind as he pulled free his trident with Solo still attached to him. The boy's eyes grew more love stuck, was he going to use the trident instead, the lovely instrument would surely not miss with those three prongs on the end.
He figured they would return to the ground, and Rukodo would try it again with him.
The boy was pretty much being dragged along, and then he saw his target ...a hard metal tipped boot hit the hilt of the Trident sideways forcing it past Rita to the left ...as his eyes glowed more bloodred as his feet touched the ground behind Rukodo.
"Are you cheating on me?" "Do you love her more than me?" "Answer me!"
HIs insanity was quite high.

Rita took out a food pill that she kept for emergency. She kept it hidden from Rukodo's eyes and created five wind clones. All five charged at Rukodo, all aiming to punch him as the real Rita jumped high enough to throw the pill at Solo. "Hey moron, catch!!" She tossed the pill at Solo while the clone kept Rukodo distracted.

Hibari bowed elegantly and waved good bye to the three ninja. The mist reformed to take the shape of a sword he sheathed it and disappeared.

Yumi watch the fight and got bored. There was nothing here she can do right now. So she head off to back to rock as her clone was gone and had the information she needed.

Rukodo noticed the other gennin on his back, and out of understanding he stopped a second to talk. "No I hate her, because I'm not allowed to love her, only to capture her." He twirled his trident around in a mixture of grace and clumsiness, deflecting the blows of the wind clones. They were solid, but lacked the strength of their true owner, so in a few vicious movements he dispersed them.
He turned around to face Solo for a moment,"But how could I love you now, you haven't had the chance to share your love with others." He shouted, it was sure his insanity was cracking, or it might've been something he never had in the first place. Really though, he had always thought, what was wrong with in sane. The latin root of the world, sanus meant healthy, and as long as he killed Rukodo remained healthy.
The akatsuki threw his trident, and once more yet the flight was different. This time, when he threw his trident, his arm was thrown with it. To any shinobi who didn't know the secret of his techniques, it would seem he had just severed his own arms. If Rita tried to dodge the trident, the black strings running through his arms would've darted for her flesh. Yet still he wasn't fighting at full force, he was waiting for the jinchuurinki to take it's true form.

"I understand completely ...I was rejected during the Chunin exam." "The love that no one could understand."
Solo grabbed the pill as it arched in the air. He took a few steps back from Rukodo as he caught it, and pushed it into his mouth as he swallowed it whole. He felt his chakra restored to a comfortable level ...as he watched the wind clones being dispacted before ...he drew his blade with his left hand. The injury had forced it into a sling, but with his chakra at a comfortable level now he was able to ignore the pain as he swung it at the extended arm aimed at Rita.
She would have to dodge the trident herself as he cut into it.
"I so understand your pain." "I professed my love at the chunin exam and it was once more rejected, but, I am a bit confused by what you mean by I haven't shared my love with others?"
"I have tasted the blood of three others, including this horrible tasting wrench, and I can say that they all rejected me." "Why since you can understand me so well ...that you won't reconsider?"
"I love you ....though, I guess I am being too forward." "I haven't tasted your blood to find if it's compatible with my own, and then, if it is ...why not share our hearts." "I will rip your out and you will rip out mine, it takes 10 seconds for the body to die after that."
"Sure, I can consume your heart inthat time."
Solo declares with a soft coo in his voice. As though he thoguht nothing of the joint suicide as anything more than the best extension of thier love.

Rita growled as she grabbed her axe from her back and slammed the trident down hard enough to leave big dent on it. She growled again as she was getting annoyed with this guy. "Who are you and why are you after me?!!" She then glared at Solo, about to yell at him to stop talking with the enemy but decided not to since he had saved her more than once already. Instead, she glared back at Rukodo.

(sorry writers block) "Just shut up and Die." He said plainly to Rita, seeming to have regained his calm. The arm he had thrown with his Trident shot out, a mass of thick black strings stretching their way towards Rita. They were aiming to pierce her skin, in order for him to make quick work of her. Rukodo spoke to Solo sincerely,"Once human's die, they can't be fixed, if you truly want to love somebody you must live in order to do so." He stood there prepared to deflect an oncoming attack from either of the two sound nin.

(I'm gonna leave Sound for Rock since Sound is friendly with Akatsuki and since Rock needs ninjas.) Rita growled as she jumped away from the attack and glared again as landed. 'Damn! This wasn't part of the plan. At this rate, I won't be able to kill the Otokage. Guess I have no choice but to leave now while he's busy and forget about revenge.' Rita had already figured out that Zarud had killed the previous Otokage and had framed Leaf since she realized only the Hokage would be on equal ground with another kage and that no ninja would leave their headband lying around. It pissed her off that the Otokage had lied for his own selfish reasons. Rita sighed as she took out a smoke bomb. "Hmph, well whoever you are, our fight ends here. Gotta run." She threw the bomb down and created three wind clones. They all then went to distract Rukodo and Solo as the real Rita left the forest to head for another village.
