Okay, I've been to Washington State about two times. Each time I have been there, the traffic is terrible. There is always traffic jams and what not. So, here's what I have been pondering.
If Edward and the others drive so fast in a city such as Seattle, it would be completely impossible! You'd run into far too many cars on your way. Even if you were to take back roads to where you'd want to go. There's cars and traffic everywhere you go! D;
I am making the the impossible further impossible. xD

Yes but very few authors would do that. After all there's only so much you can do if the characters get stuck in traffic so it's no surprise that authors ignore that fact. Maybe that's just me though.

omg i never thought of that before, but ya the story would just get boring if they get stuck in traffic...unless maybe it is a real intense conversation? lol

Damn. That would of been a perfect ideal for a sex scene. Haha. But as we all know the series is PG-13. ):

The stories I'm writing with a friend we're trying to be more true to things than most authors are. I would assume the whole traffic bit is where Creative License comes through.

I write stories of my own and I have to say, yeah I take out things like traffic so nothing slows the story down. It would be interesting to see if that was included in the stories... Like they get really irriated that they can't go fast and intense conversation comes up between Bella and them as she is trying to calm them down.

Have you guys ever wondered what happens with Bella's time of the month? They never talked about it.

Thirrin Yakashi Have you guys ever wondered what happens with Bella's time of the month? They never talked about it. Actually Stephanie has discussed it and claims it isn't a problem because the blood from that is dead. Which isn't true at all. Once again Stephanie twists things around so she doesn't have to explain the gaping plot hole that happens when Bella's time of the month arrives.
