The silver Abyssinian sat out, blinking furiously at the bright light outside of the cool, dark basement he lived in at NyanMan's mansion. He wasn't used to being out this early in the day, but he needed to start moving around during the day and not just the evenings and the middle of the night. He had to keep an eye on things since Spinner liked to neglect her job.
He hoped today would be a better one than he had been going through as of late, though he was seeming to make new friends again. Especially the one girl Ririka, he seemed to really connect with her. The thought made him smile, something that had become somewhat rare for him. He hoped to run into her again soon, he wanted to help her find a name for that bunny of hers. He hadn't thought too much on it, but if he had enough time to sit back and really think about it he was sure they could come up with something for him.
He gave a long stretch looking around, a pretty normal looking day, boring if anything, but maybe once he got out to the clearing where most cats seemed to gather he'd run into someone and could make something of his day and be productive for once.

The ragdoll was on a hunt. As to why, she wasn't sure, but her oppas were out and she just felt like exploring. Maybe find some food, meet some new cats...her brothers kept talking about finding a territory soon, so she'd be pinned to one area if that was the case.
Humming as Ririka padded along, swinging her unnamed bunny along with her, the feline looked around the strange area. Hm. This place was huge--lots of traffic, lots of humans, and lots of other animals. She'd already had to get away from a dog--albeit a small dog, but still a dog. Thankfully Ririka was pretty crafty when it came to hiding and dodging dimwits.
Sniffing about for something to possibly munch on, she caught scent of someone she knew--very familiar. Pausing suddenly, the younger female looked around...spotting Kouji sprawled out under the sunlight. Grinning devilishly, she tucked her bunny into her hood and slowly made her way over to him, dropping to a crouch so she could awkwardly crawl up to him...and leaned over his head to come face-to-face with the familiar feline. "Boo," she giggled childishly, tail swishing against the ground.

Kouji nearly sat up in shock but in stead when rigid, tail turning bottle-brushed and eyes dilating intensely before he relaxed enough to realize it was Ririka who had appeared. If it had been anyone else he more than likely would have yelled at them, but instead he smiled and sat up slowly holding a hand to his chest. "Damn you scared me!" he laughed trying desperately to smooth out his silvery tail. It was working, but only slightly, it's take a few minutes before it relaxed back into normality. He was still trying to get his heart rate back to normal, he really hadn't been expecting anything.
"I didn't think we'd run into each other this quickly, but I guess I was wrong. How are you today Riri?" he asked tilting his head at her, blue eyes bright. He wondered if it was just luck, but he believed everything happened for a reason. No matter how big or how small.

The girl laughed a bit, sitting back on her calves and rubbing at the back of her head. "I'm sorry, I didn't think it'd startle you that much," she murmured, a grin tugging at the corners of her lips. She'd never been in any real danger in her life--besides the occasional dog chase or human grabbing, but that always ended without a hair harmed on her body.
"I just saw you lying here! You looked lonely again, so I decided to pop in," literally, "And I wanted to thank you for the fish again." Which she'd been craving more of for a while now. Damn addicting foods.
"I'm good, just bored. Chulie and Won went off somewhere--territory stuff...so I wanted to explore. I've never gotten the chance 'till now," smirking at him playfully, she sunk down to sit between her calves, tail twitching every now and again. Blinking for a moment, she tugged her bunny free of her hood, and held him up to Kouji with a smile, "He missed you, too, so we had to come say hi."

He shook his head. "No don't worry about it. I was half zoned off as it was so I really wasn't expecting anything." he laughed. he'd never gotten himself into any serious trouble before, had a couple of brooms swung at him, chased out of the market a few times, chased by a dog or two, but nothing that ever truly bothered him.
"Hey, don't worry about it. I usually always share what I have. I don't like letting anything go to waste you know?"a thought struck him, he had offered to show her where to get the food and if she was on her own for the day he could show her around and show here when to sneak food at the market. It was an idea.
Kouji smiled at the bunny. "Well it's go to know I was missed." So he was missed, well that was a good feeling. Someone besides Spinner and to her he was nothing more than a tool to do her job for her. "Hey, if you want I can show you around. That way you won't be go out on your own, I know Ikebokuro like the back of my paw. And I did promise to show you where to get the fish. That is if you're up for it?" he asked grinning. Maybe today wouldn't be so bad, now that he had some pleasurable company.

She listened to him intently--something she needed to work on. Ririka had a very fast-paced brain, and usually she ended up forgetting what she was doing and moving on to something else before completing her past goal. Funny how that worked, since her breed of cat was known more for lying around and looking for affection.
Placing the bunny on top of her skirt, she looked up to him with perked ears, cocking her head curiously when he offered to show her around. This made her brighten instantly, and nod eagerly after. "I'd love that! I'd probably get lost on my own..." Or worse. Ririka absently rolled one of her bunny's ears up and let it go so it could unravel, only to repeat the process. Seems she did a lot of things without even thinking.
"Are you sure, though? I dont wanna' waste any of your time," Kouji had just been lying there, though...was he going to go and do something important? One of her oppas called her a brat and a bother for a reason, she supposed. But Kouji didn't seem that mean, if mean at all.

Kouji only continued to smile. "Well, I'll make sure you don't get lost and you're brothers won't have to worry about you." he said with nod, the one had said he liked him, but he wasn't sure yet if that was exactly a good thing. He'd more than likely eventually find out and he hoped it was a good thing that they liked him, otherwise he might be in for a bit of trouble.
He watched her roll the bunny's ear and let it go and repeat the process. "I have nothing to do today, I got out before Spinner could pin any of her work on me so I'm free to do as I please today. Besides, it'll be fun. And maybe we can find a name for your bunny so he won't be nameless anymore. I'm sure he'd like that!" he said brightly standing up and holding out his hand to help Ririka up.

Not having to worry her brothers would be great. She smiled up at him, and took his hand to haul herself up, holding her bunny by the scruff of its neck. "He would--he needs a name," she laughed a bit, letting his hand go so he could lead the way.
"You think that nice old lady is there today?" She craved that fish. But any sort of food would do. Ririka had managed to find a half-eaten can of catfood this morning, which had been heaven in a can honestly. She missed the basics of living as a housecat.
Bouncing on the balls of her feet, she waited for him to lead them on, tail bobbing with every movement she made.

To was going to be a good day, no doubt, good company, a purpose for the day, ad he didn't have to worry about being harassed by Spinner, couldn't be any more perfect as far as he was concerned. "Well, while we're going around I'm sure we can think of something. there's gotta be something in this whole place to give us an idea of what to name him." he laughed.
"Oh I'm positive she'll be there today. New shipment just came in the other day so the whole market is stocked full of stuff. Me might even be able to sneak off with a few things from the humans." he said rubbing his paws together. He wanted to get into the candy shop and make off with a few of his favorite sweets if he could. Normally it wasn't a big problem, you just couldn't get away with too much.
He smiled and led off pointing forward towards the way of the market plaza where all the stalls would be open and full of activity by now. Maybe even a few cats of the territory that resided in the plaza.

Ririka couldn't help but grin in excitement. How could she pass down a run to the market to get some food? And the adventure of having to steal things, at that! This was almost too exciting for her little self to deal with.
Stepping quickly after him, her tail waved against the backs of her thighs, while her bunny bounced with her step. She looked a little overly excited for a trip to abduct things from the humans, especially with how she usually acted--honestly, she didn't usually get food for herself. Her brothers often fed her, since she was newly abandoned not too long ago..Ririka didn't know the ways of being 'feral' just yet.
"So you live around here?" She chimed, looking over to him with bright eyes, "Or do you just wander where ever you want? 'cause my Oppas and I dont really have a home yet, we just go all over.." And there she goes, her nervous rambling. Cutting herself off, she lifted her bunny up to tuck into the front of her hoodie, so its little head poked up under her chin. "Sorry, I dont get to explore a lot...I'm excited." Go figured. Clasping her hands behind her back, Ririka grinned happily and looked over to him, hoping to get some sort of conversation in so it wouldn't be so awkwardly silent.

"Yeah, I live right behind the plaza at NyanMan's Mansion. It used to be real popular with the new cats, but it's died down a good bit with a lot of cats striking out and spreading around to different territories." he said slowing down to walk by Riri's side, for once not repeating his most tedious habit of scratching his ears. Sometimes he would rub them raw until that hurt of his fur even started to thin a little.
He should his head though with a slight laugh. "Hey, don't worry about it. I asked a lot of questions to when I first came here. I liked to look all over the place and I used to get lost all the time. I settled at NyanMan's because it had the most cats at the time and it was just more comfortable to me to be around others rather than on my own." he said with a shrug. It was true, but of course back then there had also been a lot less cats roaming Ikebokuro and here he was now practically working the streets and keeping his eye out for newcomers like Riri.
"So Riri, what kind of sweets do you like?" he asked tilting his head with a smile.

"Oh," she replied simply, keeping in step with him while her tail swayed mindlessly against her thighs. She liked to be around other cats, but often didn't feel very safe around some of them...it all depended on how they acted the second she met them. Impressions were everything with her.
"I haven't really gotten the chance to get lost," Ririka laughed, looking up at him with a grin tugging at the corners of her lips. Kouji had made a great impression on her, which was strange, because SiWon always warned her about the boys--boys weren't to be trusted, were out there for bad reasons. Even though he was a guy he was weary of them himself. Good reasons, since HeeChul was kind of nit-picky with the males that hung around them.
"Sweets?" She piped, blinked up at him once more, "I donno', never really had them before." Basically, she was pretty damn sheltered. Fish, catfood, scraps of things every now and again. As the area became more and more compact and filled with humans, cars, dogs, other cats..the scents and sights were getting that much more intimidating. Ririka, out of habit, reached over to him to take hold of his hand, her other digging her bunny out of her hood to hug to her belly, "Is it always this busy?"

He laughed, "It's pretty easy with as big as Ikebokuro really is." he said looking ahead. Sure enough the entrance to plaza was packed and bustling already. But it was early still and many were out doing shopping, looking for dropped scraps, and hand outs from every place they could find. And sure enough there would be plenty of all of it. Kouji also knew to be respectful of the territory they were entering the Leader and his mate were a nice enough couple but still could raise hell if need be.
His smile lite up even more. "Never had sweet huh? Well we'll have to change that! There's a little sweet shop up here I visit now and then to sneak away candy from. The JyanJaku is a favorite of mine in particular as well as the fruit gummies." he said not really paying attention to much until Ririka grabbed his hand. His face immediately turning red, but instinctively he gave her hand a squeeze to reassure her. "Only on certain days. More the likely new shipments were dropped off. If that's the case then we're really in luck!"

Ririka had little modesty when it came to the hand-holding, cuddling and snuggles. Her oppas allowed it to a certain extent, mostly SiWon, but Heechul always got mad at her for it. Hence why she kept her bunny with her all the time, he never complained no matter how cuddly she was.
The soft return squeeze made her smile, looking around infatuated at all the different things...especially the humans. The ones that noticed them would coo every now and again, especially the children, which just made her light up that much more...become more comfortable. Keeping a hold on his hand, Ririka's ears perked forward, listening carefully to him.
"Gummies? Tell me about them," she was so curious...not so strange for a cat, but she was acting more like a kitten than anything. Came with the breed, she figured. "Everything smells so good!"

"Well...they come individually wrapped but they really are made from the fruit, not like a lot of american stuff that's nothing but concentrate, food coloring and sugar. These are much better and have a lot more flavor." he said licking the corner of him mouth just at the thought of them. He didn't get his paws on them a lot but when he did he made sure to grab as many as he could. He smiled over at Rirka a little surprised with himself, normally he was very absent minded, and here he was able to keep his head on straight for once. It was strange, and he wondered why exactly Ririka was having the effect on him. But all the same, he had to admit she was very pretty.
"Yeah, the market always smells like this, it's great. If you get out real early in the morning you can smell the small bakeries and little food shops cooking their food before the crowds hit. I've never seen a human leave out of here without buying some sort of food to eat before leaving here." he laughed, and pointed up ahead. "See there, the stall with the blue roof, that's the candy shop."
