Edits:
Horn made to look like it 'melds' with the body similar to the nature of a draenei's head.
Armored leg plates (see ref image armor)
Maybe armored chest plate or instead a long dark blue scarf with gold trim.
Facial hair removed and replaced with his tentacle beard (with golden bands like pic)
Some sort of necklace or jeweled trinket attached to him (around his neck or hanging from mane) that looks like the Hammer of Naaru (large purple/pink gem with gem shards hovering around it). Not the whole hammer.. just the gem.

Other details: I'd like his back scales to be white with the golden design to similar to what is on his armor in the pictures.
IF POSSIBLE I'd like for him to have as LITTLE hair as possible. Just a mane, preferably. All hair should be black.
