Hi,all smile I'm new here to this guild,but I'm pretty experienced in GH although Medium is the best I can do,lol. Anyway,I thought I'd post a thread for those new to GH or having trouble getting through any songs. Any help you guys may need to make playing easier,you're more than welcome to post here smile

Well I am more of a Veteran when it comes to Guitar Hero.
The best advice I can give you is use the strum bar both ways.
Keep four fingers on the green, red, yellow, and blue buttons.
And Use your pinky for the orange button as well as the blue one.
And finally just try your best. And keep at it. Oh And do air guitar
it helps you with speed and flexibility with the controller

when starting out on medium, practice on easy, using only the middle, ring, and pinky fingers. if you can hit most or all the yellow notes, your ready for medium.
as for starting out on hard...
play on medium, using only the middle, ring, and pinky fingers. if you can streach the pinky finger to blue and hit them most of the time, your ready for hard.
i didnt do any of these, i just decided to play on medium normally one day. it felt awkward at first, but i quickly got used to it and now i can play most songs on expert
p.s. at first i didnt know how to hold the neck of the guitar, so i used my thumb to hit the notes mrgreen im much better now though

another tip if you are playing hard or expert and stretching your finger is too hard or confuzing for you then you should try slideing your hand down a little idk if i just do that mostly and reach some times cuz i play regular guitar or something but yea it helps me and i can beat TTFAF on expert and Jordan on expert so yea smile

Well,it's very hard for me to do it on hard or expert,but I do slide my hand down to reach some buttons,such as when I reach for a red & blue chord smile
