I just got back from Nan Desu Kan in Denver... it was SO MUCH FUN. I dressed up as Robin from One Piece, and the people in the hotel room next to us just HAPPENED to be Luffy, Zoro, Nami, Brook and Chopper... <3 <3 <3 We had SO much fun.
Anime Conventions are ******** SWEET.

I've been to TsubasaCon in Huntington, West Virginia twice (last year and earlier this year)! Last year, I was cosplaying Sha Gojyo from Saiyuki and had fun, although having to stay in costume the entire night at work was a pain. This year, I went as Pyrite Morte from my best friend's Sailor Moon otaku series, Sailor Mistics. The downside, I'm still working on finishing the character's scout costume. wink
I almost forgor to mention, I've also been to CharCon in Charleston, West Virginia two weeks after my Tsubasacon trip. The two greatest moments from any of the three cons I've been to are meeting Robert Axelrod, who voices Lord Zedd and Finster, from Power Rangers (Tsubasacon 200 cool and ELMORE at this year's CharCon!

i just finished watching an anime called Spice And Wolf. it was realy good and i just wanted to put that out there. its kind of slow and calm but still has enough action to keep me intertained so i foud it to be a nice get away from the bad bad horrable anime ive been watching as of late (thank you Shuffle for the worst ending of all time!) also. to the guy above me. AWSOME Gogyo from Saiyuki cosplay! LOVING IT SO HARD!

I've never been to an anime con. I have been to CONvergence, a general sort of scifi/fantasy con in Minneapolis/St. Paul. It's a lot of fun.
