Mikhail stood in the courtyard silently. The sky was gray and the wind whipped across the cobblestone, rustling the dried crinkled orange, red and yellow leaves. Propped up against the wall, he awaited his "Squad" to arrive. This mission was one rarely granted and Mikhail was going to see it through to the end. Traveling to Las Noches, or Hueco Mundo for that matter, was highly frowned upon. Mikhail however saw it as an opportunity to deal a below the belt strike to the Hollow and represent the Shinigami as a force to be recconed with as a whole. This was also an opportunity for Mikhail to demonstrate his skills as a leader. Not only had he put this "mission" together but he'd assembled a fairly well constructed team. Sure, he wasn't the highest ranking officer but for this particular journey, his word would be law unless majority ruled otherwise.
Taking slow deep breathes, Mikhail soaked in the "fall" like weather, his favorite in fact. The cool and consistent breeze warmed his heart, the tranquility of the season brought warmth to his heart, his memory of the wonderful colors bringing a warm smile to his face. It was fall that made Mikhail most "open" and vulnerable in a sense. Especially now, this mission would test his ability as a leader, as someone who could be trusted in and followed to the ends of Earth. He hoped that during this journey that he could invoke the passion from his "Squad" and return it ten fold. If only they could get here more timely.

A small cloud of dust formed in the court yard as Torsin appeared calm and composed as usual, he was one of the members for the team, and though he was part of the team, once he got to Las Noches he had a few things he needed to do, one was to find the Arrancar Jes, and give her hell, and two find the arrancar that took his eye from him if he was still alive, he doubted it but he at least had to hope, their also was the fact he needed to make a small map of Las Noches so that his squad wouldn't get lost every time they were sent on a Recon Mission in Las Noches.
Looking over to Mikhail he gave him a wave, before he took out a picture of his wife, and kid and stared at this now this was weird since well Torsin looked like he was 15 but he was in fact 25, and well he was 5'7" and he didn't like it especially when he was around Mikhail who was a foot taller then him."Hey Mikhail long time no see."

Yoh, riding up upon the courtyard on his blue and sliver theme hover board, a gift from the 12th division years ago, along with his ancient kido caster gun. Coming to a stop Yoh hops off and bows before his peers. "Yoh Zala of squad nine report for duty!" He said, with a proud tone of voice which could do no wrong. He stood at 5'10 and only weight 135 pounds. Very much light weight indeed, Yoh was more of a tactical person. His was a fact he did not boast about, there was no need.
To serve till the day and not gain much ranking didn't bother him. If he would die then so be it, Yoh would go out fighting. "I know you guys may not have heard of me. I don't really stick around for the good missions most would." Yoh adds, as he was telling the truth. Not really knowing what he could do, due to the fact his time management skill were very bad. It just so happen he would miss out on every single mission. Which of course lead to training in the mean time. However this time would be different for sure, Yoh just knew it.

Elyse walked into the court Yard on a warm breeze that seemed to be drawn to her rather than blowing from the direction it had been. she was holding a rather peeved look on her face. She'd been rather pissed about a few things that had happened recently, and her mod had become crap. She was a member of squad four even before this "Missions" Leader, but he out did her in many ways. Still this young brown skinned woman standing at 5'11 and weighting 167Lbs was a force to be reckoned with. her style was always straight forward and to push forward with your wits about you. She'd been thinking of getting the "team" back together with Mikhail for awhile. Her and him shared a strong belief in a more forceful fourth squad, and which was prevailing to be the result of the squads current group. So doing this with Mikhail was go for making up for the lost time.
Also she had to look out for him in hirimi's stead, god knows he could take care of himself. yet his tendency to go all out may leave him in a bad position at some point. As for who else would take part in this was a mystery, but Elyse was sure she'd never spoken to any of the men assembled so far besides Mikhail.Walking up to the group she announced her self with a simple. " Sup, guys. So how long you've been here. I wanna see if Mikhail can lead use into a "smash and Grab" kind of situation. which in my opinion, is the best way to do it." Looking over to Mikhail from the corner of her Eye Elyse smirked. "Hey Mikhail, I'm just being a little funny now, don't ask why. I'm in this for the long haul if it's needed. oh, and I'm from fourth if you guys haven't figured that out yet, fifth seat ex-fourth."

((BGM: When Idiots First Take Flight by Roukanken and Drake. Despite the name, it's a very nice and airy theme~)) Jan arrived at the meeting area not too long after a few others, meaning he would have to wait a little longer. He had gotten word of a force meaning to attack Hueco Mundo, and decided to go for both good fights and the chance to absorb some stronger souls. However, he really just hoped he wouldn't have to fear hitting some stray Shinigami in the battlefield. "...Jan Koumei, unranked, reporting in." Jan said flatly as he saw three other Shinigami report to the same man. The shorter man, wearing a ripped-up old cape, a frazzled conical straw shade hat, his relatively shiny glasses, and a battered old Squad 4 bag on his shoulder, could see that two of the other Shinigami were in Squad 4 as well. Healers... I do hope Squad 4 still has the same offensive ability it had when Feiy, Rhia, and I were hanging out there.

Not as wildly dressed as Jan, Bullene Katsurou arrived soon after the Vizard. Garbed in a sleeveless set of robes and a sleeveless Haori, Bull's wrapped hands would be ready for any conflict.
Appearing beside the once Squad 4 freeloader, he smiled. "I believe that it is time for some balance, don't you?" He whispered out of the side of his mouth.
Of course, Bull had no worries about Jan. Having once fought against him, the Captain had no doubts of his abilities. His abilities are similar enough to ours. Bull thought to his own Zanpakuto, Raika. His dual personality, dual zanpakuto was mounted on his waist, one on each side.
Let's hope we can count on him once again. Raika replied in its hybrid voice.
Of course, Bull was somewhat hesitant to release the darker side of his Zanpakuto. The situation had to be right. The captain remained on full alert. Wary of his comrades, he would make sure that every one remained alive upon their return. "Are we ready?" Bull called out. Squad 7 Captain

Yamoto walked on to the scene minutes after the arival of the captain of squad 7. The squad 5 Haori was draped over his shoulders in the style of the famous captain-commander. Yamoto's zanpakuto was loosly strapped to his side. He had little to no intention of using it, if at all possible.
"My this is certainly a grouping." Yamoto addressed no one in particular, but rather the entire group.
Yamoto had been rather hesitant about joining this mission, the last time he had journey to their destination the mission was considered a failure and it basically caused the takeover of the seretei. He hoped that this mission would be a better one.
"This should be rather fun in fact."

[I am kinda playing it off that Tagg overheard of a trip, and wanted to join, but she is not sure who to ask. Basically she is not sure who is in charge]
The presence of Arcane filled the causeway of the courtyard entrances as Arcane searched for any dangers that could potentially harm it's wielder and dispose of it before her eyes could glance it. With feeling no danger the multiple tentacles of the obscene "goop" withdrew to the bottom of the largely cloaked figure. The hood flew off the figure and Tagg's spiky jet black hair flung up. She now had a black tribal tattoo under her right eye that seems to grab attention for a normal tattoo. Her entire body besides her head was cloaked in a ratty, torn, and slightly burnt over-jacket. The tip of her golden spear shone from behind her head sticking out of the cloak.
She immediately began to notice the many friendly and familiar faces, and just prayed that they would be able to notice that she may have grown a bit, but is still the same person.

Addressing everyone at once, no one in particular, Mikhail allowed his voice to boom and resonate throughout the courtyard. "Thank you for joining us everyone. I ask that each of you be ready and prepared for our journey. Those too weak to keep up at my pace will be left behind. We'll form 3 groups of 3. At any moment, we may find ourselves seperated and therefore sticking with a group of 3 will increase our chances of survival. Please take this seriously. Hueco Mundo is not the place to try your luck." Exhaling slowly and deeply, Mikhail rested his left hand on his Wakizashi. "You may assemble yourselves now. Two of you line up next to me. Anyone else who desires a position of leadership may speak up now."
Closing his eyes, Mikhail patiently awaited two voices to reach out through the silence and fill the courtyard with surety. Lets see who has the courage and ability to lead their peers despite all doubt. Let us see which of these people will be able to inspire others to follow them till what could be a very bloody end. Opening his dark shrouded eyes, Mikhail shifted his weight. He knew the Garganta would erupt open in but a few moments, his inside contact allowing them passage into Hueco Mundo and as close to Las Noches as possible.

Looking around and hearing everyone's introduction Elyse could feel that this wasn't a team to be taken lightly. The first two were a bit of a mystery , but the others Elyse has heard of. Seeing Jan was surprising, all she knew was he was hanons boss and that as something. Obviously she'd notice the captains and ex-captain Tagg. This team seemed a little bit of over kill. Yet she just chopped it up to be a grantee of danger to occur in this mission. When Mikhail spoke up to the group she started to wonder if it would be okay to lead captains and people so well rumored.Well much like most of the things she dose in life Elyse looked at this "problem" and said "What the heck, lets keep moving forward".
She spoke out with these words and nonchalantly raised her hand to the air. she wasn't too sure if it would be cool to try and lead far more experienced shinigami, but hey. What could she lose? Elyse learned from her brother a long time ago that a good leader knows when to take the advice and guidance of his teammates. Yet also knows when to pull forward and rally his or her troupes. So elyse just went on to say, "I'll be one of the leaders Mikhail. if that's okay with everyone else?" Walking over to his side she leaned over her shoulder and whispered.
"Hey Mikhail wouldn't it be good to split up our healing members and offensive or defensive members equally. So what I'm saying is...do you know what everybody can do here? I've heard things, but I' a bit out of it on every detail."

Nodding to Elyse, he smirked. "Elyse is the 2/4ths leader. Two people may step up and follow her lead." Turning his head towards her and leaning in, he whispered in her own ear. "Be wary, if we lose you, we'll be in a world of trouble." Standing upright again, Mikhail scanned the area with his sightless eyes. "If need be, Elyse may select her own group. No offense to any of you, but I want things to be balanced. Since we have the power to spair, I'd appreciate it if one of the current Captains would follow with Elyse." Mikhail had a clear plan in his head, he wanted each team to be near equal in power so that if one member lacked, the others might compensate. In this way, he hoped to reduce casualties. And, Elyse was right. One healer per group sounded good to him.
Really, there was no urgency to get the groups selected immediately but having them prepared and familiarized would only benefit them in the long run. I'll assist the others into their teams. In this way, I'll bring the best possible match ups for each of them. Stepping forward, Mikhail began to select the teams without their consent. He was anxious to go and he wanted to make sure everyone knew their places. "Team 1/4. Mikhail Bolshevik, Tagg Masaru, and our opperative on the other side. Team 2/4. Elyse, Yamato and Yoh. Team 3/4. Torsin and Jan. Jan shall lead. Team 4/4. Bullene and Envy"

Ike quietly sat on one of the benches outside of the mountain, watching as many Shinigamis began combat. He wasn't the type to duel himself, but it was basically free entertainment. He had something to watch while he had a snack, and without even lifting a finger or speaking a word to make it happen. Nice. Very nice indeed. Ike smiled as he relaxed and settled down to watch them. Let the young have their fun, and he could just do whatever. It was nice to have things this way and not have all the burdens of rank... though deep down, he did wish he could let loose every now and then. But he had to stay as he was, a normal Shinigami, to be happy.
