I like the different shades of blue/teal, but I wish they were matched a bit better. The Ritzy headpiece is especially off. theme is also pretty blah, you've used a lot of "stock" items, that are tried and tested to layer well and look decent with almost any avatar. It's not bad, definitely, but I hope you do step it up a bit in future rounds.

Ditto what Diino said about the color distribution. Hair is a giant chunk of black, torso is mostly light blue, and your slippers don't match anything.

this is under par from what i would expect from you, i cant even tell what your skin is, if i hadn't have remembered what i gave you i'd be completely lost. just because you were given an animal type of skin doesn't mean go and make an animal, but at the same time something like that would have fit the theme better than this does. the blocky red dress doesn't work well with layering and it makes everything else look awkward.
this is definitely a bad wip not a final.

I actually like this more than the other judges do for whatever reason, although I do see where they're coming from. You really didn't showcase your skin, you just covered it up, which is exactly the opposite of what you should have done. But I do like the layering of all the items on the torso and the skirts, and the face.

This doesn't really showcase the skin at all. Neck down is gorgeous, the head really doesn't do it for me. Skin balance!!! Especially in a skin challenge

When I first looked at this, I wasn't so sure about it, but then it kind of grew on me. It's definitely a hell of a lot of stripes, but that works with the skin you were given. I wish you'd layered on top of the hat more, and that there was more blue at the feet, but it's solid overall. I love the faux stripes you made with the layered foot items.

I love it all, except that hat. I think you picked it because the color worked kind of (its far darker than the other blues) but it bring a flair of noob esque to the avi. Which is a shame for what has great potential, i would say that it would have be better with a few alterations but it's not a complete wip avi.

You've also improved, so good job there, but I'd say you still have a ways to go. I like the detail on the head and face, but from the neck down it looks lazy. I agree with Autio that the fan covering the legs is a cop-out, and it doesn't seem that much attention was paid to the torso.

I don't get it. Looks unfinished and that fan seems like a cop-out on the legs. I spy a bare foot peeking out, and none of your blues match.

Last round you and one other were declared the worst, your counterpart managed to improve greatly beyond our exceptions. You on the other hand. Well it doesnt look like you've improved at all. This is an unflattering avatar, the layering is minimal, it looks as if you used that fan to avoid making a bottom, half. OR that you were drawing inspiration from the fan. in any case it's the focal point of the entire avi and that was not only not the task, but it doesnt work to your advantage. if your not eliminated this round i advise trying harder.

simpsons killer? is that it? i dont get it. i would expect so much over this. it's s**t to be frank. you obviously didint try. first color: though a killer avi is boring, you and i both know that you could have incorperated that red throughout the avatar which would have added to the layering as well. The dead guy makes the avatar unmatching (skin tone) and bottom heavy, That sword matches nothing but the shine on his face and the shirt on the dead guy. which is TERRIBLE.

I understand that you didn't have much time to make this, but....huh? I thought you would know better than to make an avatar that looks like a cheap cosplay. I guess the dead guy is there for theme's sake, but he's so distracting in many ways. So is the pool of blood. Without those items, this might have been kind of okay, although still lacking in major areas. Try harder, you can do it!

Theme is really suffering here, because I can't even tell what your skin was. I too had to go to the list to check. Also it's a REALLY safe color scheme, with messy textures and a lot of pretty random items. Reds could also be matched better. It's not bad, I'm not saying that, but's it's just...safe, and overdone.

I kind of giggled when I saw this. You can't really not giggle. It's not a bad thing to be funny, but when you're not trying to be - well, it's not great. You didn't integrate the skin into your theme, you just layered a bunch of "stock" items in safe colors on top of it. If you removed the snout thing and really tried to work with the skin instead of around it, this could work. But right now it's definitely more of a WIP quality avatar.
