He was always on the move. Forever trying to find his place in life, trying to find out if he was anything special. Once or twice he had been fooled into believing so, but the blue-eyed wolf was always left feeling empty or betrayed. Still, Swayambhu didn't hold it against anyone. It was his own fault for getting his hopes up that easily. That is why he was wandering.

In his travels, he found himself in an area he didn't recall ever seeing before. A wide meadow with beautiful late summer flowers blooming, a herd of deer grazing a ways away, which meant water was close. It was surrounded by large hills that had more rocks on them than grass, but it wasn't a mountain. He knew that. To some, this place would be 'heaven'; but to him, it was a place to be cautious. Always wary of the unknown. One with no pack was always wary. And Sway found himself tired of being wary.

His whole 'not joining a pack' phase had been going through his head. He wanted protection. He wanted friends. A small part of him wanted a female, a family. But more than anything, he didn't want to think for himself anymore. To follow an Alpha meant all of those things, if permitted, possibly more.

Stepping into the meadow, Sway found himself sniffing at the wild flowers, taking in their sweet scent an gave a sigh. It was lovely here, he had to admit, but no place for a rest. There was no cover. Looking to the hills that surrounded the place, he frowned. Anyone could come from behind one and attack him.

Asia hadn't really been away from her family before or her pack. This was a strange and very new thing for her something that she wasn't sure was a good thing. Should she have even left? At home she had been safe, they hunted together and though the pack wasn't always the happiest they got on well.

However she decided it would be fun to just get up and go somewhere, of course hopefully one day she would return home maybe when the pack seemed a little more alive but for now she wanted to be out, have fun and well just mess about a bit. Though had she had any fun?

She had found that she wasn't as good at hunting as she had though, finding food and catching it on her own was hard work. Maybe leaving home for a while hadn't been a good idea? Then again she hadn't felt all that at home there recently because well it seemed to be in a way falling apart.

She let out a soft sigh and stopped walking, she needed a rest but then she smelt something. Ears pricked up as she moved forward quietly trying to find the wolf that the scent belonged to. She knew of wolves not being friendly and so she would do her best not to be seen though she had found that her stalking skills seemed to suck without the pack beside her.

For the male, the scent of flowers drowned out just about everything else unless it came on a breeze; a strong breeze at that. Electric blue eyes focused on small white flowers dotted with purple and blue. They were so small, but held so much beauty. Is this what parents felt looking upon their pups? Why didn't his parents feel that looking at him? That unfiltered thought caused him to cringe and glare at the flowers, stepping on them and twisting his paw to make sure that they'd die.

That's how he treated anything that brought up unpleasant memories. He tried to kill it; unless it was another wolf. Juniper had caused some pretty nasty thoughts, and he'd just run away from him. He managed to run so far away from Juniper, he didn't know where he ended up. From there, Sway made his way all across the land; and had stumbled here. This... heavenly spot of flowers and bad memories. It was leaving a pretty horrible taste in his mouth.

I have to get out of here... But he needed a rest, longed for a rest. So, he would rest. Right there on the squished flowers. Looking around, the male thought he spotted a figure on the horizon, but he couldn't be sure. He got no scent from the spot, so he paid no attention to it. Shifting a bit, he laid his head on his paws and yawned widely, eyes slowly slipping closed.
