Name: External Affairs of the Rukongai district/Investigation
Role: Much like your detectives of Soul Society this division helps with the ninth and the eighth to find out the needs of the people of Rukongai as well as help the security in any on-going investigations.

Members of this division is quite knowledgeable for the law as many other divisions should be. Knowledge of current needs and issues for Rukongai. Battle too is strong among these members.
