Dusk City is a large city centered on an island in the pacific ocean. This island used to have Dawn Academy on it and from this school the town was born. That town became Dusk City. Dusk City has all the normal things one would expect from a modern city along with some oddities one might not expect. The people are a mix ability users and normal people and most are accepting of the other. Though Dawn Academy is in ruins here are training facilities for people with powers within the city.
