Decker pressed his hind paws into the sand as he stretched further back onto his rocky bench, wings hanging lazily out at his sides. He yawned, amber eyes slightly teared up before looking up at the setting sun. It glistened across the beach in a flurry of colors the likes of which he could never see anywhere else.

It was here, on this very beach, that he felt most at home. Destroying the souls of others was enjoyable, but nothing could beat this. Decker scratched at an itchy spot behind his ear before snuggling down for his long awaited nap. Today had been exspecially busy for him. Not only had he done mischeif, but he'd succeeded in pulling the wings off an angel.

The demon grinned. Today was very sweet indeed.

Out on the beach, something wriggled from under the sand. That something was what one may call a 'pirate hat'. The creature still buried in sand who owned the hat, though? None other than the bizarre, bat-bunny noodle known as Radio Jack. How did he get buried? Leave it to such awkward adoptive parents to leave him buried under the warm grains of sand. It took quite a while to at least wriggle his hat out of the mass, and now, his wing tipped ears were free, at least. His small size put him into a disadvantage, and he refused to be buried forever. Time seemed to be go by fast, and when one of your adoptive fathers happens to be America, who knows how big that hole can be...

Worst day... ever.

From his daze Decker was aware of something happening upon the beach. He wasn't positive as to what it was, but he had a feeling that it could be exciting and if it wasn't, he'd damned well make sure it was. The tropical noodle rolled forward onto his paws and padded across the warm sand, flexing his dark wings in the sun. Most with his coloration would avoid sunlight as much as possible, but he rather enjoyed it. If he wasn't such a b*****d one might say it put a kick in his step.

"Oh, ho, whats this?" His gait slowed as he came up on a pirate hat...with wings? "Now if I were a flying hat- Oh, but I'm not a flying hat. I'm flying ears." He snorted a laugh. But, still, if there was a body attached to the ears they could have important artifacts on them such as jewelry or even gold to loot. Best to dig them up. He pressed his paws in the sand near the nat and started digging.

(I fail. It's almost been a month with no reply. 8'D My bad.)

The pirate was quite happy to breath again, and flickered his coral-pink eye at the larger male. No, he wasn't larger-Jack was just... smaller. He tried to long forget that fact. The fact that he was already uncovered by most of the sand that buried him before made him conclude that the stranger was kind enough to help him... "Th.... Thank you." He coughed a bit, and pulled himself from the rest of the burial, muttering under his breath a curse on that silly America for leaving him there.

"Thanks fer... diggin' m' out, I meant."

{It's okay! :3 }

Decker stepped back to examine his latest find. The noodle was odd to say the least, but not in a bad way. Just...weird. "No prob. Though, I have to wonder what kind of git would get himself buried in sand. Or maybe you pissed off some bullies, hm?" He sat up with his back straight, tail poofed up behind him like a peacocks. To say Decker was vain would be an understatement of the worst kind.
