Well, apparently the definition of "public school" that I've lived with for the past decade or so aren't the same as yours. I thought public school meant cutting down on costs because we didn't have to pay tuition.

If that is so, then why is it that we're paying a ridiculous monthly fee of $32, plus donating several cases of water, plus making a ton of snacks? Why have you turned the fountains off so that we must buy bottled water, which is expensive and bad for the environment?

If you're trying to eliminate economic differences, why are you making them more obvious and bigger by making people buy uniforms that are low-quality, yet so expensive that just buying two is over $100? Everyone can tell when you wear the same two uniforms all the time, because they get dingier much faster. The money-spending doesn't help with the whole economic situation at all.

Lawl. Wow, at least our fountains still work (though hardly anyone uses them anyway...). XP

Yeah...well, the thing is, it's extremely hot in the afternoons, because I live in a tropical place, and I have a condition where my mouth dries out really, really fast.

And I really don't want to bother my parents for money, because we're honestly not that economically stable. Go figure.

And there's more to come, honeybuns.

Your life sucks, my friend...

Indeed. I'd suggest shopping around a KMart, if you've got one. I picked up at least 24 large bottles (the ones taller than the regular, car-sized ones) of Mountain Dew there for only $11 (I don't even think they were on sale), and as far as I can tell, water is a lot cheaper than Mountain Dew. =_,O If not, then find a convenience store and buy in bulk. =p
