how do i do the booty grab in my aquarium idk how i can do it its so freking hard to start cause it wont let me

Booty grab is automatic. When someone else's tank shows a huge "booty grab" you just click to play.
You can't play in your own tank. Look for some fishing threads in the forums and you should be able to play no problem. The booty grab is random... so search until you actually find a tank that's active.
