Simple really. You ask the person what they would do for a billion gold. The next person replies Yes or No. Then asks a another "would you" question.
Example:
Poster1: Would you para sail nekkid for a billion gold?
Poster2: Yes. Would you eat a pile of Grey matter for a billion gold?
So on and so forth.
1) Keep it PG-13.
2)Follow Guild/Gaia ToS Rules.
3) And have fun!
