If you mean for here, I don't think there's any way to officially refer somebody here, except just by telling them. I think there's a box you can put a username into when you sign up of who referred you, and if that's what you mean, just tell them to put in your username when they sign up. smile As far as I know, there aren't any prizes for referrals, and you can't even see who or how many people signed up who entered your name as having referred them!
Some of you oldbies, please correct me if I'm wrong. If there are referral prizes, I've not heard of them!

There is actually a referral prize, it's 50g.
