Notice how in the first book "Vampire academy" stood for the academy, their school; "Frostbite" stood for their winter and the winter's surprises; "Shadow Kiss" we got clues from, because as we have found out, after reading it- stood for Rose's case scenario, answering the questioon why she is still alive. Now...What did "Blood Promise" stand for? Did anybody get any clues as to what thought it might be representing?

I would say that blood promise stands for the promise that Rose made to Dimitri, how it ran deeper than blood. If we speek of the books in particular... well... I would have to say blood promise refers to Dimitri's offer in the book (trying not to give much away).
I have to believe it's the first one though, the promise that runs deeper than blood.
