Welcome to Pallet town! This small city is probably where you spent most of your life. There isn't much going on, at least not until you turn eleven. When it becomes socially acceptable to set you loose on the world with no adult supervision. In any case it is on this fateful day when you will head down to Professor Oak's lab and get your very first POKEMON!
You can probably walk to Oak's lap from house, which is good because you are going to need to get used to walking. Otherwise you can honestly stand at one end of town and see the opposite end. So take one last look and head down to the lab! It's time to start your journey!
