Purim is a time of costumes so costume party is easy. You can try being specific to a game or time period you enjoy (give lots of warning so people can plan their costumes for it)

Going with Scion and Woolie's ideas, why not make it something along the lines of a Venitian Masked Ball? razz

Masquerades are my favorite! I would suggest lots of good food. Last spring I remember us talking about disguising Jewish food as sushi...or did I dream that?
On a similar note, we're having a Halloween party next month. I'm going to be a mermaid!

So rent a hall, hire a caterer... and tell you all where to go?

LordNeuf So rent a hall, hire a caterer... and tell you all where to go? You'll need a few hundred Earl Grays, so I don't start missing tea.
