 A smirk decorated the female's lips as she trotted across the grass. Her pale blue eyes scanning the area around her. She was bored and as such, she needed a remedy. Something to occupy her time, distract her if you will.
She hated being bored because being bored meant that you didn't have anything to do and that simply would not do for the female. No, it needed to be remedied right away.
She shook her head, it would do her no good to focus on why she was bored, or why she disliked being bored, after all didn't everyone? No she needed to focus on finding something, er someone to occupy her time.
It couldn't be that difficult, the pridelands were teeming with creatures, she was bound to find one of them.

Tetemeko was feeling uneasy but he couldn't explain why exactly. Everything was normal and happy and still, something seemed off. He was trying not to let it bother him, thinking perhaps he was just getting bored and restless. He wasn't sure how to keep things interesting so he opted to go out for a walk. He had entertained the idea of dragging along a relative, there were so many of them and they were most of the meaningful social interaction he had now.. but that fact alone made it worthwhile just to go off on his own.
He didn't know where he was going but he didn't care. He also wasn't paying enough attention to his surroundings when he wandered very near the path that the bored female was taking.

Having kept her eye peeled and her ears perked Asali probably spotted the mostly white male long before he ever saw her. It hadn't taken her hardly any time at all to find someone to entertain her. He didn't realize it yet, maybe he wouldn't period, but he was going to be her toy for the day.
Maybe if she liked him enough she'd keep him around, on the terms of 'friends' of course.
Of course the female was used to getting her way. She always got what she wanted. The reason, simple, she simply knew exactly what part to play to get what she wanted. She could be the perfect little daughter to her parents, sweet, innocent without any intent of harm or anything! The flirt, if she felt that was the best way to keep a male's attention as well as keeping herself amused. Or the trickster when she simply wanted to fool someone just to see their reaction.
So, having decided that this male heading towards her was going to be her entertainment, she put on her best smile, a dazzling one if she said so herself, and headed straight towards him.
"Why hello there~"

It was lucky for Tete that he had such a large family, even after his slow, unhappy detachment from his friends he had not lost any social function. He was grown up but watching and helping his aunt and uncle and his cousins grow, he had maintained his cheerful, playful attitudes. The only problem was his worry-- but the sudden approach of a pretty, smiling lioness was a fair distraction.
"Hello," he responded, his tone almost surprised but quickly he put on a smile, "Nice day for a walk, eh?" Smooth. But there were only more awkward things to choose from so he was satisfied with vague smalltalk until he found out if there was a particular reason she approached him.

Asali herself had quite a large family, the litter she was from alone left her with four siblings and she knew her parents each had large families. Yet she had detached herself from her family for the most part, she loved them to pieces but she needed her own life. She was a very independent female and besides...where was the fun in 'toying' with family?
"I suppose so, but walking by ones self can be so lonely," she sighed pouting. If that didn't give clue to what she wanted she wasn't sure what would. "You wouldn't mind keeping me company would you?" She asked with a hopeful smile.
