So, we have this solo up for grabs and it's a triple toss turn around. Meaning, we toss the triple, turn around, and catch it. My problem is, I have a hard time refocusing long enough to catch it after the turn. It lands right in front of me in the right position.
Any tips?

Any tips? in my guard this is the phrase we use, toss look turn look catch. its simple easy to remember and it works try it a couple times and let me know if it helps. sasukefan1234

What I do when I have to toss turn and catch is picture where is the air it will be, toss it turn and right when I'm finishing my turn get my hands ready and look up. If that doesn't work, see if you can look up while turning.

( obviously ) And you really should be set. If you need mroe help you can whisper me.
