ok so i was playing my ruby getting groudon AGAIN when i notice something i didnt notice any other time. . . when i went in to the pokemon center and moved left or rite nurse joys eyes got bigger and when i looked closer they looked like they were following me i walked back and forth and back an forth stoped and they went back to normal size did it again same stoped back to normal and i tryed it with other pokecenters SAME THING
i was wondring if this was happenin to u in ur ruby or saphire to ?

Now, there Bulbasaurr, I could get through it just fine. I've never looked to closely at Nurse Joy personally. I just kind of got in and got out. I'll check it out on my game later tonight.

It might be your screen. My ds distorts things and blends them in when I move. You can notice it more in the GBA games because things get darker.

Lmfao, YES, the Hikers always creeped me out because moving from one spot to another will make their eyes get larger or smaller in Diamond. I'll have to go back to my Ruby and check out Nurse Joy's eyes.
