The Hosts are in an insulated bubble of Sigil-energy with the Thief, who has brought them here to meet some supposed allies.
The Eves, accompanied by Host-Agents A and M, have entered into the snowstorm to begin looking for the Thief and his allies.

Those that were sensitive to Sigil-energy could see something odd: each individual snowflake was drenched in a rainbow of colors, causing a sort of Sigil-energy blindness.

Adela was not ready for the freezing temperature. "H-hooooooly crap," she grabbed her arms. She'd rather be in the freakin' desert again than face this. She was going to make mention of it when she saw something unusual. The snow...it's rainbow snow? That was strange. Rainbow snow, rainbow powers...if he starts to wear rainbow clothes, I am not holding back on the gay jokes.
-------------
Clarissa looked around and checked out their environment. She was surprised at the sheer amount of power the Thief had. "So where are these allies of ours?" she asked. She felt better knowing that they'd have help if they faced the Agents again.

As Joneleth entered the blizzard, he pulled his red coat tight around him and ensured that his top was flipped upwards to guard his ears from the biting cold.
"We need to find shelter or some sort of heat as soon as possible! I have my doubts we'll be able to do any kind of fighting if we are frozen to the ground prior to reaching our enemies!" He attempted to shout above the raging winds.
A thought crossed his mind as he noted the Sigil auras throughout the area, as they gave off an aurora of colors.
Jon concentrated and attempted to focus his Sigil powers. Time suddenly stopped in a one foot radius around him. It was a very small sphere but it served its purpose. The winds stopped bashing his body and while it was still cold, it had risen his temperature exponentially.
This "chronosphere", as he had come to call them, was isolated to only his person, as it wouldn't do much good to slow them all to a near stand still. He was the only one who could move completely freely within them after all.

"This wind is not natural!" roared Lionel in semi-reply. "I think there are some buildings nearby - we're in foothills of some variety, but there may be warm clothing there. Before we split up, let's hit it!" They trudged through what seemed an endless snowdrift before reaching what appeared to be an aluminum shack. They entered; there was no one inside, but as hoped, there was warmer clothing - jackets. Perhaps it was an ice fishing hut, they might well be on a lake. It wasn't important. They had to pirate the clothing and move fast.
"Any last questions before we go?" Lizzie asked, zipping up a fur-lined coat. "We need to figure out a way to signal each other, since there's some sort of... interference going on out there."
---
"I do not even know who they are, but they seem to know who I am, and if they're asking to meet, either we'll kill them or they'll join us. In the end, it's a win-win, despite what it might seem like.
"I think they caused this snowstorm, though. It's... an oddity, in the middle of summer, even up here."

"This is entirely unpleasant," Agent M declared stoically, using his control over his body to raise his temperature slightly. "Ugh." He resisted the urge to spit in the snow just to see it freeze.
--
"It's Canada. I blame the snow on it being Canada. Nobody could cause an artificial blizzard, right?" Elizabeth asked.

Agent A merely crossed his arms and waited for further instructions. There wasn't much to say at the moment.
Adela stole a coat and was slowly getting warm. "Don't you have walkie-talkies or something for communication?" She didn't exactly like the idea of getting lost in Canada.

Clarissa nodded at the Thief's words and followed after him.

Saieve donned the lightest coat he could find, one that would work, but wouldn't be too cumbersome, "Do you think it's them causing the snowstorm?" Saieve asked The Thief.
***
Finnegan zipped the coat he was wearing up to protect him from the cold, "Boy, it's cold, enit? Isn't it supposed to be summer?"

Helena was the last one through and somewhat thankful for that. The less time she had to spend out here freezing, the better. She wasn't the least bit excited about being in the dire cold with just some sweatpants and a hoody. Still, that is where she was, and there was little that could be done. "Let's just go," she said in a flat tone. "That is, if you know where they are."

"I could create a blizzard," The Thief offered off-handedly. "No, I think they wanted some cover... and I think she wanted dramatic effect, thinking on it. I bet I know who it is.
"And we're not going anywhere, they're coming to us in our nice little cozy warm sphere. Y'like it in here well enough, right? Dry dirt, it's about 75. I could tweak that if the common vote is for it."
---
"It is supposed to be summer," Lionel nodded. "But obviously this isn't... weather. This is definitely Sigil-influenced. You see the aura coming off the flakes? Somebody put a lot of effort into this - more than one somebody, I'd guess. A group of 'em... probably about our size, our power. Especially if they intended to come into this fighting."

Helena smiled, grateful that they were staying. She nodded with some depth of enthusiasm, arms folded over her chest. "If we all don't mind, I'd be happy if we knocked it a few degrees lower. If that's okay with everyone." She sounded more timid than usual, and she tried to figure out why. Grissom really wasn't sure, but the answer lay in her previous attempt at being social: when she attempted to make a joke, no one had responded, leaving her feeling... unpopular.

Clarissa looked over at Helena with a sad smile. "I have no problem with that." Something seemed familiar in Helena's stance. It took a few moments, but she finally figured out what it was. Hm? When did she get so timid? Clarissa understood the timidity - before all this happened, she was quieter than a mouse.
She shuffled over to Helena and in a quiet voice asked, "Other than the obvious, are you okay?" She remembered feeling someone pet her hair when she was asleep. Helena seemed to be the most likely person to have done it, and if so, she wanted to branch out and become close friends with the elder girl.

Helena smiled warmly at Clarissa and shook her head slightly. "No, but thanks. Just a little shook up about the whole vomiting to eat thing. Like we're ******** insects or something." She laughed nervously. "Sorry. Probably another bad joke." It was probably just a coping mechanism, but she knew no one else shared her outlook, so it was probably best if Grissom killed the habit ASAP.

"Oh, god damn it," The Thief hissed through his teeth. "Her goddamn flair for the dramatic. Y'know, she could just show up and we could talk about this or she could set up a ******** snowstorm and make us wait. She knows we're here! She's probably waiting for us to get caught, and... god damn it! She knows better than this s**t." The Thief began to pace agitatedly. "She had better not be putting your lives in danger - for ******** sake." His language got steadily worse - this seemed to be the first time he'd been nervous or angry, from what the Hosts had seen.
For them? Huh. This guy really did care about them.

Clarissa shook her head at Helena's words. "Don't apologize for that," she said. Honestly, Helena was right - they were like insects. I wonder how long it will be till these allies come.
