Can we possess pokemon from that entire list, or only 1-151?

You can start with basically any pokemon, though you'll have to post it for approval, but you can only catch pokemon from gen. 1 (Which would be 1 - 151)

They can choose from gen II can't they? Or is that only for more dedicated members?

so if u can have gen 2 then for eevee evoltion espeon and umberon can u get espeon has a starter pokemon or u have to start with eevee?

All starter pokemon must be first evolution. They also must be pre-approved, but since Eevee is basically one of the pokemon on the recommended pokemon list, you can go ahead and start off with eevee, unless you want to choose a different pokemon?

I see your isue, as this guild was originally made to only have gen I pokemon, but recently Ray added in gen II. I'd say it's the same, you roll a dice and it has to land on a certain number to be Espeon, but that's more of something you should ask Ray about herself, since she's head of the guild. You'll just have to wait until she gets back I suppose. Sorry. "/
