Bend your knees. I don't get why some bds don't let people do this. Our BD actually tells us to. It lowers your center of gravity, which causes you to have more momentum and balance. Even the tallest kids in my band have to bend their knees to do large steps. It jsut can't be done safely without bending knees.
I'm assuming you are talking about 4 to 5 stride which i do bend the knees i guess its just something you have to get used
haha and there is a person that proved he could do 4 to 5's in a normal stride it was funny he is also in track so i guess that helps
