This is why Kris can be known as such a hard a** - Everything must come out of the kitchens in perfect order for the guests. Can flip between Sous Chef and Waiter when required, but prefers being on the edge of both worlds.
Personality:
When not screaming at people to hurry up with the orders, Kris is a regular guy. He enjoys flirting with the staff and guests alike, refusing to refer to them as customers. Rather flamboyant and a real jokester, Kris prefers to hide his faults in sarcasm and making fun of himself before others get to.
