Pewter City is a city located in northwest Kanto. The locale lies between Viridian Forest (via Route 2) and Mt. Moon (via Route 3). A famous museum is located in the northwestern part of town.
A famous museum is located in the northwestern part of town. The main building is open to the public for 50 and features several historical artifacts, including Aerodactyl and Kabutops fossils, and a model of a space shuttle. The second, smaller building is not accessible by the public.

yugi190 Artemis: -walks around the city, looking for something to do- You could probably start off somewhere else if you wanted, there isn't like ANYONE here, my hometown is Viridian but my first post was on Cycling road. Right now I'm like...all the way in Fuchsia. o3o

You can if you want to, one rule she likes to enforce here though is that your posts have to be like you're writing a book basically...like in third person.

Phobos entered the Town of Pewter, she had released Larvitar and Weedle from their Pokeballs when they exited the forest, and the two were now frolicking about, playing silly games with one another. Though it meant she had to keep track of them, Phobos preferred to have her Pokemon out, and she could see that they not only enjoyed Phobos' company, but also eachother's. Phobos wondered around, talking to a few of the townsfolk, taking a look at the museum, and eventually hearing about the open gym leader position on the town. Curious as she was, Phobos knew that she was not skilled enough to challenge a gym yet, much less lead one.

All rested up and ready to go, Phobos headed back to the Viridian Forest, by now, the numerous trainers she had seen would be ready for a battle.

Coming back into Pewter, Phobos bought a new pokeball at the Pokemart with the money she had earned from the trainer in the woods while Larvitar and Weedle where being healed at the P.C. Now she was headed to Cerulian, where she would find other wild pokemon.

Alexander walked into the vacinity of Pewter and was astonished at what he'd seen. The town was being overrun by Digletts! The little mole pokemon were popping in and out of holes everywhere cauing bumps in roads, knocking over pedestrians, and destroying the beautiful gardens people had planted.
"YOU! THERE! TRAINER!" A voice cried out, "Save us from these wild pokemon!"
Alexander counted, he eventually was able to single out the Diglett swarm and counted 10 of them...this was going to be along night if he chose to help the citizens of Pewter, but it'd also be a grreat opportunity to train!
Alexander threw Psy out of his pokeball, Psy raised his claws to attack, a Diglett popped up next to Psy and tilted its head. "Dig?" Psy scratched the Diglett across the face and tilted its head in response. The Diglett grew angry, it rushed underground and used magnitude, a huge quake shook the ground and Psy fell over. The Diglett popped up and used headbutt from underground to send Psy flying.

Psy landed in some bushes, he'd slammed headfirst into the thorns of the brush. Psy's eyes glowed a blue color. Psy was channeling its psychic power through the headache! Psy used confusion and a huge surge of psychic energy ruptured through the ground, the diglett battling Psy recoiled and turned its back. Psy ran up to it and hit it with a scratch attack repeatedly. Diglett's head collapsed against the ground, it was unable to battle. (Psy gained 45 exp) Psy stepped on top of the head of the fallen diglett and folded his arms proudly.
A second diglett came up from under Psy and knocked him to the ground, Psy used disable and the Diglett was frozen, it couldn't avoid the next attack. Psy used confusion, the Diglett grew so confused that it began slamming itself into anearby wall. Psy charged to use scratch and deliver the final blow.

Diglett was no longer disabled...it dug underground and Psy missed the attack. diglett came up from behind Psy, but Psy expected it and did a 180 whilst hitting the diglett with scratch. The diglett ate some nearby berries and fully restored its health. Psy fired a heavy confusion attack towards diglett...diglett was confused again. It started attacking the other diglett and all but three ran away. Alexander watched as the injured diglett dug underground along with the other two. The mounds all approached one another, and up popped a dugtrio!
Dugtrio dug its way underground and a huge hole opened in the middle of the field, it was using fissure! Psy dove away from the gaping hole and searched for Dugtrio. Dugtrio used slash after coming up from behind Psy, and Psy cried out in pain. Dugtrio charged to use take down, but Psy ran out of the way and used disable. Psy followed up by using confusion and making all three heads attack eachother.

Alexander looked on, he was watching as Psy adapted to his battling techniques. Psy had come a long way, but still needed Alexander's guidance. Still, Alexander said not a word, he merely observed his pokemon's performance. Psy ran away from Dugtrio once confusion wore off, but Dugtrio was in hot pursuit. Psy ran behind a fire hydrant, and before dugtrio could stop its momentum, Psy blasted a huge shot of water at dugtrio from the hydrant, shooting it into the ground. Dugtrio couldn't come back to surface after the brute force of the water's splash. (plus 45 exp for Psy)
The townsfolk cheered and went to look who the hero was who had saved them from the wild Diglett and Dugtrio...but Psy was gone, and the trainer was nowhere to be seen.

Alexander stormed into the pokemon center and placed his pokeballs in the machine. He was in a bitter mood after suffering his first loss to Dodge. Kong was falling behind in his training, he was getting weak. Once the healing was complete, Alexander let his pokemon out and stepped outside. A trainer approached him and looked him straight in the eye.
"I saw your battle back there, you look like a pretty good trainer...even though you lost."
Alexander scowled at the trainer and tossed out Psy, who raised his claws in attack position.
"Oh, I get it," said the new trainer, "You want to make up for your loss by trying to beat me. Well unlike you, I'm undefeated! Come on out Rhyhorn!"
Psy tilted its head to the right and stared at the Rhyhorn, studying it. Rhyhorn charged Psy with a horn attack, the horn attack knocked Psy backwards, but Psy maintained his footing.

Psy used confusion to pick up Rhyhorn, but Rhyhorn was to heavy and Psy lost focus, droppping Rhyhorn to the ground forming a huge crater around Rhyhorn. He appeared unscathed, but was trapped in the hole. Psy slid into the hole too.
"Psy, scratch the wall's surface." Psy started clawing at the walls, and soon Rhyhorn and Psy were less then two feet apart because of the surrounding dirt. Alexander knew that Rhyhorn couldn't build up enough momentum for an attack at such close range. Rhyhorn always needed space to build up to an attack. Psy started clawing Rhyhorn, but the scratches did almost nothing.

Rhyhorn's trianer was yelling order's from right at the hole's surface watching the battle, but Aalexander stood back. he wasn't that unprofessional about pokemon battles. Besides, Rhyhorn was too stupid to make a good move without commands from its trainer, and by hearing the trainer's commands, Alexander would know exactly where Psy was and what it was about to be hit with.
"Rhyhorn! Rock blast!" The trainer's voice pierced the thoughts of Alexander. A huge tunnel had appeared under Alexander after Psy dodged the attack. Alexander fell into the hole as it caved in. he hit the ground with a thud and his head bounced off a big rock. He was still conscious, but his head was spinning so much that he could barely move.
