Okay, this is a debate between G1 Prowl and Animated Prowl. So, what is your take on them? Who do you think is better? So on...etc.
G1 Prowl. I personally like him because he is smart, calm-head, and know when to strike. He doesn't just let a job get done, he gets the job DONE. I am sad he died, but he will live on in my heart.
Animated Prowl. The ninja take on him did sort of fit Prowl. Prowl always thought, before an attack. His personality was quite interesting. Rebel, to a calm bot.
So, what do you think?

i'd say G1 prowl.. i like him better than animated..even though i dont like either (no offence)

Though I've never really liked either Prowl (Logic is so not my thing) I do prefer G1. I just plain hate Animated for one, though if you want a better reason, it's because G1 Prowl isn't a steryotypical ninja that is also more of a hippie than Trailbreaker. He's level headed, the logic he uses is actually (eurgh) logical, and he's well rounded. Not to mention he's much cooler in fanfiction ^.^

Personally I like both versions of Prowl. I've always like G1 ever since I first saw it and I was happy that they didn't change Prowl that much in Animated except to give him a new vehicle form and a new ninja look.

I don't get into Animated that much, I saw half of the first season and then I quit, the stupid girl annoyed me...a lot. I was never a fan of prowl, He's a p***k.

Animated Prowl wasn't that bad, sure he wasn't much of a homage to G1 Prowl, but I'm slowly getting over the fact that Characters won't always match the names their given.
I can't choose a favorite Prowl, because honestly I didn't pay much attention to the G1 Prowl. If the question were asked of Jazz then I say Animated. He had the spirit of the G1 Jazz and he was more. Ninga Jazz didn't see out of character for G1 Jazz at all. Although it would have been interesting if he tried studying Human martail arts and comparing them to the ones he knew.

I never had watched G1 so IDK what that Prowl was like so I am going to say that Animated Prowl is better both in personality and the fact that the person who does his voice is one of my all time favorite voice actors Jeff Bennett.

I've seen both series and prefer animated Prowl. He gets a lot more character development, so I can relate to him better. I also prefer animated Prowl's personality over generation one. I think both Prowl's are awesome, though. It took me a little bit to get over how different he was, but animated Prowl slowly became one of my favourite characters. : )
