It had been a while since Nazih wandered away from his family's lands. It wasn't officially his but he had been there long enough to establish it as his... large family's lands. There was his mate, her cubs then his cubs. He needed a break from the madness of seven cubs for at least a little bit there was nine of them... but two disappeared. It was saddening to him and he felt like a horrible father but he had a feeling they were dead and there was nothing that he could do about it. He just had to sit back and take care of the family that was still home.
He shook out his mane as he pushed his way under a few shady trees, it was a nice feeling, the shade on his back instead of the harsh sun on it. He flicked his tail around a few times before looking forward, he was slowly approaching a small watering hole, a small place were he could enjoy the day. As he approached it he flopped down in front of the water, places his paws in it wiggling around his toes a bit, enjoying the feeling of the water on them.
Nazih was glad to have a break, even though he already missed his cubs, the small family that he had. He hoped that they stayed napping for Sadiki and didn't give her a hard time. He hoped that Miw didn't decide to wander away like she liked to some times. He lapped up some of the water in front of him before closing his eyes for a moment. Today was nice, very, very nice.

Chinedu was well on his way. He'd long since grew out his haphazard mane and was now a strong and powerful adult. He hadn't imagined he'd ever meet Nazih again but the two of them were on a crash course.
He stumbled upon the water hole in the mist of looking for game. He was tired looking and he was stepping gingerly on his sore paws but otherwise he looked well. He lifted his head, flicking his ears as he approached it.
The male hesitated as he spotted another lion on the ground. Wait... He narrowed his eyes then let out a yelp of surprise. "Nazih!" He called barreling toward him in a friendly manner.

Nazih was pulled into his own thoughts as he stared forward out into the distance of the water. He wasn't that sure why he was so into his thoughts but he didn't know of what was coming his way until he heard his name called out. Out of a first response he jumped up His hair bristling for a moment before he realized who it was.
"Chinedu!" He yelped before ducking down from his old friend hoping now to be tackled down, his friend was about the same size as him now. They both full grown adults, manes grown in. It was a nice surprise. He wasn't expecting to run into him. "I haven't seen you in forever!" He laughed as he looked at his old friend.

Hearing his name only made him run faster. He tackled Nazih and grinned at him. Rubbing his muzzle against his fur. "I know! Look at you!"
He lifted his head to look at his freshly grown in mane and grinned happily. "How is everything? Your pride and the ocean?" He was curious and so happy to see his friend. His eyes had softened in to something lovely from the over hyper adolescent he had been.

Nazih chuckled slightly as the other male almost slammed into him. He couldn't help it but he nipped at the lion before him. He stood up then grinned widely at the male. "Look at you! We both got pretty big huh?" He laughed slightly as he shook out his mane a bit as if to prove a point. He was glad to have run into his friend.
"Ah everything is going really good. I got myself a nice family and a mate. Everything was going pretty good except for the two of his cubs that disappeared, but he wasn't going to admit that to his old friend, it was still to new to him... "We aren't as close to the ocean anymore but we still aren't that far away." He chuckled slightly at the idea before flicking his hair out of his eyes. "What have you been up to?"

Chinedu stood proudly letting his mane fall into place. "Yes... Well I've been training pretty hard." He answered with a smile.
He looked at him with a proud smile. "That's good for you! I bet she's lovely. How many cubs did you have? If I'm not prying that is..." He said it sheepishly as he moved to lay down near his old friend. "I miss the ocean... I thought I'd come see it now that I'm older. I'm sure it'll be just as big..."
He hesitated. "I left my home... I love my family but there's things I need to explore. Besides, I want to see the rest of the Savannah. I want to see all of it if I can."

Chinedu looked at the other male with a grin on his face. He was glad to see a old friend after spending so much time with his family constantly. He kneaded the ground a few times before flopping down on his haunches. "Same here. Except running after cubs keeps me in pretty good shape." He puffed out his chest before chuckling slightly.
"She is very lovely." He said dreamily, he loved his mate more than anything He licked his lips then grinned at him again "It's not prying at all! I've got seven cubs! It's a crazy house right now but everything is all good." He really at elven cubs really with the four cubs that weren't with them and sadiki's all together... But he didn't want to think about that. "It's still just as big. I don't live so close to it but it's still big." He chuckled slightly.
"If you want to get out then It's worth it." He shrugged before looking at him with a smile. "Beside I'm sure that you're family will understand that you are still loved by your family not matter what you do." He nodded surely.

"I can imagine. I don't think I'll ever have them myself..." He responded looking a bit sad at the fact. He shook it off. Maybe someday.
"I can imagine... I'd like to meet her. Seven?!" The male gawked his mouth wide open. "Seven! That IS crazy! No wonder you get so much exercise! I hope so. I really liked the ocean."
He put his ears back slightly. "I... I'm not so sure... I'm not like them... but it doesn't matter. I'm enjoying life as it is."

Nazih chuckled slightly then nudged his friend in support. "I'm more than sure that you can find some one buddy!" HE nodded before nudging him once more as if to prove his point. "I'm more than sure that you can find some one to spend your whole life with." He laughed before looking at him and nodding again. "Some one you can have cubs with too.
"I'm sure she would like you." He grinned before nodding toward him. "I'm sure you lwould like her too." He chuckled slightly then nodded. "Yep! Seven. It's crazy but I love all of them." He laughed slightly then licked his lips. "You would enjoy going again some time I hope to take them." He nodded. "I'm sure your family would still love you."

The male flushed slightly and shifted. "I hope so... I ah... I would really like that." He said in a soft voice before coming to lay by his friend. "Ah that's... that's the problem... I ah...." He started to stammer, nervously. "I like ....ah males..." It was the first time he'd ever admitted to it and he shied away nervously ready for a nasty recoil.
"I'd... I'd love to meet her!" He blasted nervously trying to change topic. "I can imagine. I bet its wonderful... Do they like the ocean?"

Nazih grinned as he looked at him before nodding. "Cubs could make anyone feel pretty good." He laughed slightly., but then he paused for a moment before laughing slightly. "Well! I hope you find a male to spend your life with." He grinned widely at the idea, he wasn't that bothered at the fact that his friend liked cubs.
"She'd love to meet you too! I talked about you a few times, she seemed pretty happy to meet you." He laughed slightly then nodded. "My cubs would love to meet you too. They do like the ocean."

(I can let my little waterbuck be her familiar 83. They could be buuudies and he could help her babysit XD)
The younger lion gave Nazih a relieved smile. If there was anyone who'd accept him it was Nazih. "Thank you... I hope so too. I'm going to keep traveling until I find someone to settle with. Like you did."
His ears lifted up in excitement. "Really? You told her about me?" He grinned and shifted into the classic play position. Butt in the air and head down toward the ground. "I would really love that. I could help babysit if you'd like!"

"If you ever need a place to stay then hunt me down! It's a bit of a crowded den but we have the room." He chuckled slightly before nodded toward him. "It took me a while but I'm more than sure that you will find some one. He laughed a bit before nipping at him and nodding. "To tell the truth we'd love some help around the den some times. If you want to stop by and help out! Feel free too." He laughed a bit before nodding toward him

"Thank you... It means a lot to me how accepting you are." He laid down beside the older male and curled against him. "I hope I do. I really want to be a help and find someone really nice. It would be great..."
He smiled. "I'd be glad to." Maybe he would just rest here a while then find his own way. He really did like it here by the ocean.

Nazih chuckled slightly and nipped at the other male in a friendly way. He stretched out then smiled slightly. "Do you want to meet my daughter. She isn't that far away." He grinned before pushing himself up on his feet and smiling at him then shaking some dirt off of his body. Then flicked his tail around a bit. "I'm pretty sure that she'll really want to meet you."
