Okay, heres how things have been for about the last week or so:
My elder sister has been starting horrible fights with her ex-boyfriend, who is still living with us. Everynight Kasey (My sis) gets a ride home from work from her boss (Will). For the last few nights or so everytime Will drops Kasey off, Mike (The ex-boyfriend) and Will get into huge fights. It always ends up leading to them wanting to kill each-other, but Will always drives away before anything happens.
Yesterday morning, on Kasey's day off, Will came over for some reason. ((Later is was found out that Kasey was going to move out without telling us, and Will was her ride.)) Mike was trying to help Kasey carry a big bag a stuff so he didn't realize that Will was here. For the first time, Will actually got out of his Van. But, he didn't get out to just yell at Mike. No. He had a Sledge Hammer with him, and was ready to bash Mikes brains in. The only reason why he didn't was because he didn't want a "Young Innocent Girl like Me" to see such a thing, and because my brother grabbed a baseball bat and was ready to defend Mike.
Though, I seriously doubt that this will be the last time something like this happens. And, the reason why I say calling the cops is out of the question is because of where I live. It will take anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour for them to get here. So, it would be pointless at that point. So....Do any of you have any advice, in case such a thing happens again, but it goes farther?

Not really.......This is like, the 5th time she's "moved" out. Thing is, she can't afford to live on her own, so she always comes back. The longest she stayed away was about 3 months. Everytime she comes back, she just brings worse stuff with her.

Would calling the police to file a complaint be an option? Or even a possible restraining order? I see it almost as a fire triangle, you've got to remove at least one thing to kill this fire. As you said, your sister will probably come back, so maybe you have to remove another element? I don't mean to pass judgement, but an ex-boyfriend living with you might very be the problem. From my end, it sounds a lot like extreme jealousy.
If your sister still on-and-off lives with you, and her ex-boyfriend is starting fights with her and this Will guy because he still lives with you guys, maybe he needs to go?

Making Mike leave may solve some of the problems....But in turn, it would cause a lot more. We are really broke right now, and Mike has actually been paying to live here. My sister didn't even pay for the babysitting. So, if we kick Mike out, we will probably lose the house. v.v
And, I'm not sure about filing a complaint or anything. My parents don't seem to keen on the idea of it.

Uh...how about hiding everything that can be a lethal weapon. Keyword: LETHAL. Or...uh...getting a job to help support the family household so the boyfriend can move out. If you're old enough to hold a job, that is.
