1. ALL topics must have a poll. (if not it will be deleted)

3. NO cybering... take it to PM's.
4. NO begging for gold (dont you get enough here).
5. NO stealing others images, pics, or work without their permission.
6. NO Harassing other members of the guild.
7. Please dont post anything really obscene including pics etc..
8. Hate threads/offensive threads towards members are NOT allowed!
Members can:
Make polls and topics as well as answer them (obviously)
Some of these are common sense but to those that are new please follow
Rules for Mods:
1. NO editing polls/posts in any way(because if anything happens i'd like to know exactly what happend!
2. NO banning members without my approval... Excludes: shutupbatface and Emiri
3. please do not alter the rules! stare If there is a mistake PM me or post it here.... we've had this problem before with the deleting of the rules lets not let it happen again.
Mods can:
Invite others for quests, more gold etc...
Delete old polls past page 30.
Make stickys and announcements.

Rule 2, under all members, has been highlighted. There are too many old polls and we have to start deleting them. Jackspicer, a few others and I arent the only ones that have this job. Some of the members "crew status" may be considered Revoked to give others the chance to have some kind of responibility here. If you have been deleting some of the polls please respond so here at this topic if not others might be taken off and a contest will be held to see who can fill the positions. Some people are not getting the 10 gold from each poll this is not a guild problem its everywhere ( obviously) and its not even a problem! It may be here to stay eek surprised xp

Everyone seems to be noticing that you no longer get gold for every single poll you vote in. Originally, there was a limit on how many polls you could earn ten gold for within a specific time limit. The limit on poll gold vanished when the 3 month long gold-earning glitch was fixed back in Oct. A limit on poll gold has now been re-instated. This is not an error.
To clear up confusion many people seem to have about the 'mstransaction' error messages that sometimes crop up in the marketplace: darknrgy is one of Gaia's programmers, and mstransaction is an account created to take reports on marketplace errors. So if you get that error message, just do what it says to do.
Now I do understand some have said " why the hell should I stay in this guild?" well the answer is:
1.you still can get some gold
2. even though you can't go poll crazy doesn't mean we still can't help each other out
4.I can change the guild around make it a donation center or a type of actual RP, maybe real life issues, whatever you guys decide on.
Want to set out petitions like a few of our guild members have already done on their own then we can get together and do that as well 3nodding (hopefully that would work)
I seriously don't want people to start dropping out of the guild as threatened. I've helped alot of people on quests or just to reach a certain amount of gold and as long as we don't go crazy ( some people do tend to get greedy) then we should have no problem helping eachother out 3nodding Please post here what you guys think we should do. Yeah, I mean I'm sure you're able to make like at least 2 posts a month... If you can't get to the computer that often then it really shouldn't matter whether your in it or not. A lot of other poll guilds have the same rule, you must most occasionaly post or you'll be banned.
