Hi all. As the Patron manager, I will be placing rules and guidelines for everyone to follow in the next few days.
You may now post your questions. I will get to them as soon as possible, and hopefully Patrons will start to come in more. ^_^

NOTICE: The Pagoda has finally opened. This is a place for all you Patron to interact together. You can Spar, Train, Run Obstacle Courses, and hang out in the Bar. Betting can be made on fights in the Arena's, and you can also show off your musical talents in the bar. Have Fun!
Also: Mission 3 is now open! All those who signed up for it please meet in the thread when you get a chance.

Guidelines:
These are a few basic guidelines when making a profile.
-Be as realistic as possible-
You can have some extraordinary abilites or skills, but try not to make it sound like your superhuman. That takes the fun out of Roleplaying.
-Be knowledgeable about what you are using-
If your going to pick a weapon or ability, know how to use it effectively, or state that you only know it partially. Not knowing how to use the things you put in your profile will limit your ability to RP, and will make your experience less fun.
-Have Fun with the RP-
These things are supposed to be fun and exciting, so don'tlimit yourself to doing just one thing., Try to be diverse and explore new ways to do things.
Limitations:
-Races:
Although there are many types of chaacter's in the realm of roleplaying, for the most part in this Thread, Human should be the choice of Race. Demons/Futuristic Human's and the like, while interesting to play as, will only make it more difficult to keep to the overall time period and storylines. There are a few exceptions to the limitations. If a character is killed off, it's ghost can make appearances. Playing an animal that talks is also alright, or one that transforms (Werewolf, etc.) is ok too, but no Vampires or Undead creatures. That goes into God Modding (Such creatures are hard to destroy or kill.)
-Weapons:
Hand Weapons
Swords - Of any style
Spears - Of any Style
Sythes - Of any style
Shiruken - Of any stlye
Knives - Of any style
Crossbow - Of any Style
(Basically any type of hand held blunt or sharp object not of modern design)
Guns
-No Modern Guns-
All weapons are powder bag and ball bearing based, no modern bullets were made during this period.
Rifle based powder guns (takes about 15 seconds to reload if your fast, about double that or more if your not)
-Abilities:
I won't limit this too much, other than to say that if you try to god mod using your skills, you will suffer.
Overall, I wish everyone to have fun and enjoy yourselves, but also make it so that everyone can enjoy the RP as well.

i think to an extent every profile whould be proofread and redone. im glad to see limitations are being set up.

yeah. that would be nice, and it would help in the mision making. because as of now, our missions are bassed on that fact that we have... alot of patron.

I'm glad to see powder guns are allowed. I was considering giving my character a rifle as well as a bow, but opted not to.
In a seperate topic, but since no where else seems qualified:
Saganuma has a very likeable banner in his signature. Perhaps we should all look into getting one? The geisha all carry similar things in their signatures, I think we should as well.

Hai, actually, He got his by finding a picture and then giving it to Angel-chan, one of the mods for this guild. If you have a picture you want to use, or can find one that is suitable, then she can make an I.D. for you. ^_^

hell, im glad to see anouther half active half literate fellow around. ya' know...Alereth... your more than invited to join in my guild for any extra free time. you may play both a samurai and a shinobi if you wish to keep your chari from here. but only shinobi are alowed into the actual guild.

Miss_Phoenix 0mega_Virus Listing of Patrons: Here is where I will place all Patrons in the guild. After 90 days of not participating in the guild, you will receive a warning via PM. If you do not respond, your name will go into the MIA listing for 120 days. After this, the Yen and Experience you have accumulated in the guild will be debated among the mods of the guild as to whether or not it will be taken away. Current Patrons: Suganuma - Ninja 0mega_virus - Ninja small samurai - Samurai Jusu - Traveller Miss_Phoenix - Assassin(posing as a geisha in training) MIA Patrons: I'm no freaking assassin, you obviously didn't read my profile completely. If I misunderstood something , the correct response is to correct me, not critisize me. If you want, you can state what you are here and I will correct it, but there is no need for your rude comments.

I have a friend who would like to join and be a patron. Please point me in the direction of rules and such: how do you get yen, how to you get experience, and how much yen/experience are needed to request a geisha or maiko. Thanks so much for your time!
