Jake took a lot of blows and ended up in the hospital, due to his head injuries he now suffers from seizures is he is stressed too much and memory loss. Also he is traumatized by his mother's death, he had nightmares that seem so real to him. He also sometimes just strips naked without knowing why.
For these reasons Jake was transferred once physically well enough from the hospital to a children's mental hospital.
