How do I know when I become a second year and so forth?

You can go under the members of the guild page, found HERE and tally up your posts to see what year you are.
Here are the post requirements for the years.
First Years 0-50 posts in the guild Second Years 50-150 posts in the guild Third Years 150-200 posts in the guild Fourth Years 200-300 posts in the guild Fifth Years 300-400 posts ((Able to become a Prefect)) Sixth Years 400-600 posts ((Still can become a prefect, can get apparating license.)) Seventh Years 600+ Posts ((Able to become Head boy/girl.))
So who do we contact to tell them that we are in a different year? Because on the House list for Ravenclaw, it says that I am still a first year, but I am actually a third year according to my number of posts.

For the simple reason that there are so many members in our guild that the mods probably don't have enough time to go through all FORTY SOMETHING pages of guild members, not to mention that it is the member's responsibility to keep track and notify the mods of their year so that accurate records can be had for all.
So just PM one of the mods or the Head of House for Ravenclaw and they'll change it.
