It's kind of a rant, but I gladly want to hear input.
Ok, so the whole day Ive been without internet, doesnt seem like a big deal, and really it wouldnt be on normal terms, i.e. weather, school, work, etc. But today was a special occasion.
My jackass stepfather got pissed off at me this morning because I was wearing my furgear and I guess he was in a bad mood or some s**t when he woke up, so instead of dealing with his insults and taunts I just told him to shut the ******** up and find a different vent, and went off to the college to study.
I come home 2 hours later expecting him gone to the office, which he was, but my entire internet setup was gone, the only thing he didnt touch was my computers because hes so inept at modern technology(hes in his 60's) that I think he'd fry himself if he tried to dismantle my surround sound from my hd screen and desktops.
End resolve: I had to pester my mother to get him to come to his senses and bring it back, although he's yet to apologize for anything hes said. Im so sick of his bullshit. I cant wait for my recordings to start making money so I can move out.
What all are yalls oppinions? And what other baseless discriminations have yall encountered just for bein furrs?

Well to be blunt, It doesn't sound like he did that just because you are a Fur. At lest not the way you you described it (or the way I read it). To me it sounds like he was just looking for a reason to jump on your arse and your fur stuff was what he saw first. Like he was grasping for straws. That's just my option though.

odds are youre 90% right. but i walk on eggshells any time i have to be around him so he doesnt really get the chance to mention anything BUT the furry thing, and thats because i just stopped caring about what i wear when im home. its my HOME dammit, i should be able to furr out if i want ya know? so i normally just put up with his miniscule bitching and insulting, but he was unusually harsh today.

Well give vocals a try. It's like shouting only you well......sing. You'll be suprised how good you sound and how good it is at helping with anger.

Heh, singing isnt really my thing. Im a wolf. I bark and howl at the moon in anger and pain. My chords arent made for good sounds sadly. Smoked for too long, and ruined my throat from too much loud yelling

Mine was the same (minus smoking) but if I can sing with soar thoat and tonsils, then you can try. It doesn't matter if you sound good.
