Hey, so this is just a basic meet and greet for our beloved Saplings. If you have a better idea lemme know...it can evolve. biggrin  Sunshine padded into the small empty gathering area silently, hoping not to draw attention to herself. She knew she was early but she was nervous. She sat back on her haunches watching the small gathering with wide eyes, waiting for someone to acknowledge her presence in some form.

Asmerelda was keen on her mission here today, looking through the trees into what was the open meeting area. She had heard this would be a place most sociable Saplings would get together but...knew nothing more than that.
Perhaps this was an already created pack? Perhaps it was just loners looking for a nice talking to after some travels. Asmerelda entered the scene and immediately spotted the orange-y female, highlighted with blue. It was courteous to approach, but noting some shyness, the mother stopped a few feet away and smiled.
She was kind and patient, waiting being her only game and knew at some point, they'd become acquainted.
Beside her walked Octaveous, his broad shoulders pulled back and a smug grin placed evenly on a symmetrical face became a perfect depiction of what he was like. Unlike the mother, this boy was cocky and not about to hide it. Open minded and strong willed, Veo knew no limitations and often figured he could get away with what he wanted. Of course, it was only Asmerelda who could tame him and would put the youth in check if the time came about...but for now, she let his personality boast, not letting it get the best of their situation.

Remmy and Mona had come a little ways before Asmerelda, but lost themselves within the leaves and trunks of the forest if only to hide their presence. Together, they had made friends and ventured out on their own to explore and seek new land. Remmy, what could be assumed the leader of their group and only slightly older than Mona, sat in front of the pale female and watched more saplings come around. It was a new experienced for the both of them, having never really 'met' with another creature of their own species, and it would seem the two indulged in the moment.
Mona sat quietly behind Remmy and tinkered with the dirt beneath her paws. She was more talkative than the dark male, and found it difficult these past weeks to speak solely with him. It should not be taken that Mona disliked Rem, in fact she seemed to have quiet the attraction to him in both friendship and more, but with all the energy she had and the energy Remmy lacked...she needed someone around to keep up! Watching on the sidelines was a harder task than imaginable, but for her friend she'd stay and wait for him to approach the group.
Entering the scene was Asmerelda, and soon the two perked with interest. At first Mona was rather happy to see the dark blue female and a younger version of her, but as her eyes turned to check Remmy's reaction the feelings faded. Rem looked to be mesmerized; his jaw slacked slightly with his eyes bugging. Mona huffed angrily, and nipped at the males arm in disapproval.
"Why don't you go talk to her instead of staring like an idiot..." Her words were out of mockery, and a soft chuckle came from her throat but again, she was silenced and irritated by her friend.
"Yeah, good idea." Rem replied, and soon his limbs were moving fluidly across the soil and into the open field. He ignored the orange female, didn't even offer her a glance and stopped short of Asmerelda's standing with only a few feet to separate them.
"Hello there," he said, "I've never seen you around these parts. Are you new?"
Mona was infuriated, jealousy a strong part of who she was and walked toward Rem and the others, giving her full attention to the orange female. "Lovely day, isn't it? So nice and sunny..."
Mona's eyes flicked back to Remmy occasionally, the flare of her nostrils showing what anger lied beneath the kind facade.

Sunshine noticed a starlight patterned female not far from her, a near identical boy standing next to her. She smiled slightly but didn’t approach, still worried about nerves, and bobbed her head in something that may be considered a nod.
She turned and saw two new individuals exiting some brush, a large male and a female. She smiled at the male but he ignored her and strode past to the navy sapling and what Sunshine assumed to be her son.
“Lovely day isn’t it? So nice and sunny…” The pale tan female said.
“Oh, yes it is. I’ve never met you before, I’m Sunshine. Who are you?” Sunshine asked, shifting her weight again. She noticed the tan female kept glancing at the male.
