What five cars would be in there?

Yeah, I know, it's a variant of the favorites thread, but just think if you could choose in real life.... so take account of the problems and issues if you had like five exotic cars that cost over a million dollars...

Unless you had a 612 but... that's completely getting off topic now <<

1. Acura NSX (NA2)
Reason: I just happen to like the looks quite a bit, it's still light and has great aftermarket support. As a magazine now dead called Import Performance once said, "If Japan were to have ever built its version of a prancing horse, well, this would be it." I think the V6 works well and it's a friggin' MR for crying out loud. Oh, and them being sold around in the U.S actually helps rather than having to import a GT-R or w/e and getting one insured would be less of a hassle.

2. Nissan Silvia (S15)
Reason: Massive aftermarket support from Japan is just too hard to NOT pass up. Though this will more than likely not really ever touch the roads of California, when it does, those that know the slightest bit about Japanese cars and appreciate them will have their attentions caught with this.

3. Lexus IS-F
Reason: Simply because it's a luxury sedan which has looks that isn't... ridiculously overused. (I'm looking at you, German car makers, especially Audi) This would definitely be the daily driver. I'd just leave it stock, but maybe I would find a body kit for this... if any do exist. Maybe different rims. Definitely the daily driver out of these, but at least it has some power.

4. McLaren F1
Reason: It took almost a decade just to beat a top speed this car left. And the one that breaks it only just beats it just BARELY. Gordon Murray... you are a genius.

5. Lotus Elise
Reason: Something that is simple. Lightweight and putting a Toyota engine to good use where the original chassis never really allowed it.

[haven't been here in a while, great to see it's still alive]

1. any Porsche 911
why? One word: silhouette. Take an old 911 from the late 70s, put a wide-body on it, with that classic whale-tale... you have one of the most defining profiles ever in automotive history.

2. Mercedes E63 Wagon
why? Because wagons are better than SUVs, and lift-backs are a lot cooler than trunks on sedans biggrin . Plus, there's an AMG variant.

3. Cadillac CTS-V
why? A Big American sedan with a big Chevy V8, why not? And the styling is so distinctive, i love how it looks like it was drawn with a straight edge only. Reminds me a lot of the ol' Buick GNXs. Speaking of which, a CTS coupe is due any day now.

4. MK6 VW Golf
why? Simply put, on the best hatch backs on the market (presently). Great Styling, they really refined the body lines, going back to the old MK4s. The MK5s are way to bubbly for my likes, that roof-line is gaudy! I am also impressed with VW's turbo diesel technology (torque-y and great gas mileage); they have a good thing going for them, they aren't phased by all this hybrid hype.

5. Lamborghini Gallardo
why? (kinda out of my price range but..) Laaaaaaaaaaambo. Italian grunt + German refinement = Wow. I love the nimbleness of the Gallardo, they are quite small in real life (not like it's fatter sister the Murcielago [side note : The Lamborghini Estoque is absolutely stunning.]). And you can't hate on the sound.

Other than the Cadillac, can you tell that i like German cars? (oh wait, they tested the CTS at the nurburgring... xp )

1. 69' Chevy Camaro Z28 - Dream Car.
2. 69' Dodge Charger - Love it.
3. 70' Chevy Chevelle SS - First muscle car I ever seen.
4. 67' Shelby Mustang GT
5. Bugatti Veyron - That car has a shitload of horsepower!

I'm mainly old school if you couldn't tell by the first four cars.
