Nick lives in a one-bedroom apartment close to the heart of the city. The
building is relatively old, but built solid with tall windows and simple stone
ornaments. His flat is on the second floor, right over a grocery. It includes a
living room separated from the kitchenette with a bar, a shower, a storeroom
and his bedroom. It's a nicer place than he would usually be able to afford,
but he pays a discounted rent in return for doing some maintenance work
around the place.
