This is the elite organization in the sand village. Firstly, everyone in this organization is a Puppeteer and they get their puppets are usually enhanced with all the best things developed by the sand village. These puppets have a special ability (Chosen by the puppeteer and approved by me and only me).
The organization consists of nine puppeteers, one of them leads and the rest must obey without question. They are not directly under the command of the Kazekage but they are under the command of the village Satoosa. These guys are only sent on elite missions and such, and they don't mess around.
Even though the members of this organization are not under the command of the Kazekage, it is the Kazekage who has the final say in who is selected or expelled from this organization.
Note that this isn't a real organization from the Anime manga games or whatever, I made it up so every village would have and elite team. This is my idea and if you see it anywhere else it is stolen.
