I would like to make a list of rules, some will be enforced more strictly than others.

1. NO under ANY circumstances will racism be allowed.
2. Try to keep it PG-13 we dont know the age of all recruits.
3. No discrimination, in any way, will be tolerated REGARDLESS of personal, cultural, religious, political, or etc. beliefs on the part of any person or group of people.
4. Respect authority and your superiors. We have these ranks for a reason.
5. Follow Gaia TOS.



All rules will be strictly inforced without leniancy or exception.
NOTE: Posting of Pornographic material will not be tolerated, anyone caught posting pornographic material will be expelled from the guild on the spot. And reported to Gaia Admins.
NOTE: Captain and Vice Captains reserve the right to ban/remove with out warning any person they feel is in violation with the Gaia Online TOS or the Novus Military Rules, but MUST provide the person in question with the exact reason for their being banned/removed.
To VC's: Even though the note says you may do so inform the Captain either before or after it has been done.
