I just heard Marvel comics just got sold out to Disney of all places!
... personally I think they just sold out to the enemy... what do you all think?

Yeah i just read that on IGN. Pissed me off. Last thing i want is Spider-man saving Mickey and the Hulk walking Pluto. Seriously a WTF occurrence.

Also, the news kinda made a little piece of me die on the inside.hopeisnowhere I know. I mean I grew up with Disney but the two seriously just dont go together. crying By the time we are in our 30's our childhood memories are gonna be destroyed. They just wont leave things alone these days.

I don't think much will change. Most of Marvel's authors and artists have been rehired by Disney.
They probably just realized that 2D-animation is growing popular again and wanted to broaden their spectrum.
