♫ When you first look at Oto, he looks like an aloof jerk who likes to scare people by staring at them with his unusual cobalt blue eyes. Oto is a tall young looking man, he has a platinum blonde colored hair. He has a pale complexion. His outfit is a simple black kosode and hakama, yes the normal shinigami clothes. Although he wears a pallid red scarf, the scarf covers a scar on his neck that was made by him 3 years ago.
Bio:
♫ Oto is some kind of an aristocrat. He grew up under a wealthy family in Rukongai. He is the only son of Hanabe, Yuuko and Nadameru, Haru. Being musically inclined, he makes money through writing poetry and playing his flute and piano. He was very popular among the ladies, who admired his poetry and music. His parents died of an old age. Since he was already alone, Oto decided to leave his necessities to enter Seireitei.
Noticing his potential of being one, he has achieved his Shikai in a very young age then became an Hakuda Master when he was 17. This granted him respect among his colleagues.
Months had passed, Oto fell in love with his colleague. The two decided to tie the knot, until something unexpected happened. His fiance was killed while they were in a mission in the Transient World. His fiance's death made him depressed, that he attempted to commit suicide. His attempt caused him to be locked in the chambers of the 4th Division for surveillance. While being rehabilitated, Oto became somewhat of a sadist and a masochist. That whenever he sees blood, he becomes all hyped to kill. The rehabilitation took him 3 years to recover. When he was already taken out from surveillance, he tries to keep himself out from any trouble like falling in love or being close with others; this explains his very cocky and annoying attitude.

Zanpacto Name: Satsujin Ongaku
Zanpacto Spirit Appearance:
♫ Satsujin Ongaku is a blind female spirit. The spirit has long jet black hair and her skin is very pale. She wears a black kimono with white floral designs embroidered on the edges of the sleeves and dress.
Zanpacto Appearance:
♫ Satsujin Ongaku is a sound type zanpaktou. In sealed form , Satsujin Ongaku is a wakizashi with a green and gray hilt and a grayish green scabbard.
♫ When it is released, Satsujin Ongaku becomes two black brass knuckles.
Shikai:
"Hail and sing, Satsujin Ongaku!"
♫ Since Satsujin Ongaku is a sound type zanpaktou, the zanpaktou keens' Oto's reflexes. It also adds Oto's strength, since he is after all good in Hakuda. All Satsujin Ongaku's abilities are wave-related, sound is created by bumping the two brass knuckles together.
Saisho no Nami (First Wave) - Colliding the two brass knuckles together once will create a strong force to push the enemy away. Nothing brutal about this attack, it only pushes the enemy away to a distance of 10 meters. This doesn't leave any bruise or fatal wounds to the enemy, this skill serves only as support or a way of defense. Oto barely uses this skill.
Nibamme no Nami (Second Wave)/ Wind Cutter - Same process as Saisho no Nami, but twice. This attack will create a strong force that will summon strong wind that can cut the enemy in different parts of the body, this attack is fast but not accurate. Wind cutter is fast, therefore it's hard to evade but since it's not at accurate, it's still possible to evade from it.

| A SARCASTIC GENTLEMAN | - This is the first thing you must know about Oto. He is a very sarcastic man, that you might not tell if he's sincere or not. Oto is very smooth when it comes to women, although he does not consider himself a womanizer. Oto tends to lure women by being a gentleman, he is very gentle with them. This kind of trait pisses his colleagues off, the guys can't tell if he's sarcastic or not.
| COCKY and A POTTY MOUTH | - To reflect on his sarcastic trait; there are times that Oto can be one of those potty mouth assholes when it comes to being frank, but he does make sense. Oto tends to be cocky when he's pissed off or if he's in his playful mood. It is really in his nature to be cocky when he's in the battlefield, he loves pissing his enemies of by using his corrupted babbles.
| UNPREDICTABLE & RUTHLESS | - Oto doesn't show any hint of emotions unless his fed up. With his usual cocky expressions you may not tell what he's plotting. When fighting, he barely shows any hint of his abilities to his opponents, thus making them think deeply on how they'll counter his attacks. Due to Oto's cruel past, Oto is very ruthless. He can easily show his mad and creepy side whenever he sees blood.
| CARING and KEEN | - Behind Oto's sarcastic, cockiness and unpredictable ambiance; he is very keen when it comes to his surroundings. He can tell if a person is pissed off or not. Behind that cocky and merciless facade, Oto is a very caring person; although he doesn't show it that much. His ears are the keenest of all his senses. He is blessed with an ear of a god, he can hear every sound from afar. This is very helpful when it comes to battle. Due to this very special ability, he cannot control his reiatsu well.
