One of many though this one happens to be the closest one to St.Eva. It's a place for the keepers to gather supplies, regroup, and gather the most recent orders from the council, as well as inform on their findings. At the moment this particular outpost is rather full, as quite a few groups look into St.Eva

A pair of rented SUVs pulled up infront of the, ((I'm assuming)) disguised Keeper outpost. And from these SUVs, emerged Rook and several other Keepers. Rook straightened his overcoat, and then straightened his sunglasses before taking a look around. The others gathered around him.
"Well, let's get in and cozy, folks. Sure we'll get our orders from high soon enough."
A pair from the gathering peeled off towards the building, the other handful stood and waited on Rook.
"What? We're gonna stand around and wait for someone to tell us to do what the already told us to do?"
"We're going to wait for the go word. Last thing I want is to go in and stumble over god knows who the hell else. The Council wants us being there to be as quiet to the rest of the organization as it is to the people in the city."

"Sending in more, already?" Lincoln walked out from the building, he was a man of medium size, though his hands were slightly small, almost feminine. For the most part he kept those hands slipped into his pockets, hiding them from view. "St.Eva used to be my territory, and now here it is ever so popular."

He paused in front of Rook, though didn't offer his hands, keeping them in his pockets. "You'd be the green-boy parading as a white, am I right?"

Rook smiled to Lincoln, but that smile faded quickly at the title he choose.
"I'm Rook, if that's what you mean. The White Council sent me here with a team to investigate St. Eva. Apparently there's been a rash of Bloomers here that they want to get ahold of." Rook cast a look around to the team, before directing his gaze back to Lincoln,
"We're also supposed to assist you how we may in exchange for your cooperation. I'm sure they sent word ahead of our arrival?"

Lincoln chuckled quietly. "Don't take offense at that, Mate. I work outside of Branch duty for the most part. You aren't the only one who feels misplaced."

Linc's smile twitched slightly, "Aye, informed of your coming. You won't be the only branch investigating. May have to be careful with who all you run into. Don't forget to show your colors in case of trouble," Lincoln spoke of the small token keepers kept on hand, whether it be a ring, a belt buckle, an earing, bracelet or necklace. It was a simple object with a symbol and a code that defined each keeper. Most forms varied between keepers and their tastes, but it all served the same purpose. Linc kept his on the hilt of a knife, which always served as trouble at airports, but he had a certain fear of flying anyway.

He patted his dog, Zipper, reassuringly, kneeling down next to him, feeling to make sure his harness was secure.

"OK boy, this is our first time on a real mission, so we've gotta be cool, OK?" Adam said more for himself then his dog. The boy stood back up, making sure to dust off his pants just in case, and awaited his orders.

Rook chuckled at his response.
"Lucky for us who spend more time in the field than in bases, eh?" Rook paused for a moment to straighten his dress jacket. Always liking to stand out among his fellow keepers, Rook's dress was a white dress jacket and dress pants, with small insignias in each of the jacket's buttons, showing who he was.

Rook looked to Adam, resting a hand on his shoulder.
"It'll be fine, Adam. We won't be seeing combat, and if we do, chances are you'll be here, safe and sound. Wouldn't want our young seer gettng hurt, would we?"

"W-well, I mean, my dad taught me a lot of stuff...I'll be f-fine...I can kick really hard..." Adam half-heartedly kicked at the ground below him, either to demonstrate his point or just out of nervousness, nearly kicking Rook's shin by accident.

Lincoln's smile sharpened slightly, "hadn't noticed the boy. Yes, he should be safe enough, here. I suggest he keep out of the dungeon though." His gaze moved from Adam back to Rook, "we picked up a slider yesterday. I'll have to introduce you."

He turned, walking back towards the building, expecting the rest to follow him. He opened the door with his hip, keeping his hands still in his pockets. "The place is fairly well stocked. Third floor belongs to the whites, best you avoid the others. If you gather any, we store them on the top floor, and those who are more hostile in the basement."

Rook chuckled at how nervous the boy was.
"And you're still a kid, Adam. I'm not the council. I don't get off on marching perfectly good powers to get whacked by the first Slider I find."

He turned to Lincoln, and motioned for the others to follow, several of Rook's men grumbling as they hoisted their gear and started walking.
"What color's the Slider?" Rook asked, hefthing his pack onto his shoulder.

"It's cool..."

Grinning a little, Adam lightly tugged on the yellow labrador's harness and followed the sound of footsteps until Zipper began to lead him.

"Blue, and quite a deep hue. I'll take you down to see after you've settled in." Linc paused, glancing back at Adam, "unless the boy would like to come too. Would you like to see the backslider, boy? I could take you down to the dungeons right now."

Twisting the string on his jacket hesitantly, he replied, "Well...sir, I mean...I c-can't really see him...so I m-mean, not t-trying to be d-disrespectful...is there a point, s-sir?

Rook rested a hand on Adam's shoulder, attempting to calm the nervous boy.
"His powers robbed him of his sight. He can't see, period. However, I'd like to try and get information out of him. I can also deal with him, if need be."

Lincoln started to laugh, rolling slightly back on his heels. "A sharp boy, he is. Let's hope he keeps that."

He motioned for Rook with his head. "The council has called a hold on the elimination. Probably for interrogation purposes, or because the blues so hate to lose one of their own, even if they are traitors to all our kind. "

The dungeon wasn't quite as expected, considering the name, though there was little lighting, and secure cells. Most were empty. "We've kept her in the last cell." Linc, said moving to the door. For a brief moment he took his hand out of his pocket, the pretty delicate fingers working at the lock of the door before quickly disappearing again.

"The backsliding succubus." Linc said, stepping in. On the back of the wall was a woman with her head bowed low, her arms chained to the walls. Her head lifted, showing sharp silver eyes between the strands of dark hair. Her natural hair color was hidden by a temporary black dye, though the dye was quickly fading. "You'd be the leach, Linc, not me."
