1) This is a PG-13 site, and the rating reflects on the guild. Please keep profanity to a minimum and refrain from making blatantly obvious innuendo.

2) No, absolutely NO, cyber. It's against Gaia's ToS.

3)
Obey Gaia's ToS.

4) Respect yourself, your fellow guildmates, your moderators, and the guild mascot Kuriboh. ^-^

5) Please don't use chatspeak or 1337 unless you're joking around. We prefer proper English.

6) Don't fight with your guildmates or moderators unless you're roleplaying in character. Breaking up fights is not fun.

7) Abide by all dueling rules set by moderators.

8 ) Play fairly. We're trusting you not to cheat during your duels. Anyone caught cheating will be banned from the guild on the spot. Cheating includes using cards that don't exist in the actual game and using fictitious decks, along with purposefully putting your deck in a certain order to draw certain cards each turn. Furthermore you may not, under any circumstances, use cards in any decks that you do not actually possess. Violating any of these rules may result in in immediate guild expulsion, depending on the severity of the violation.

9) You are not required to create an alias for roleplaying or duels/tournaments if you don't want to. It's just for fun. ;D

10) What the mods say goes. You will be given three strikes for breaking rules, and on the third strike you'll be banned from the guild. Arguing with mods about receiving a strike on your record with no good reason will result in an additional strike. If you think you have been wrongly accused of breaking a rule, please contact a moderator to discuss it.

11) Be nice to new duelists and roleplayers. Don't make fun of or tease them, though do feel free to give them advice.

12) Absolutely NO meta-gaming. The definition of meta-gaming the guild goes by is this: any information discussed out of character about roleplays is not to be used by characters the information doesn't pertain to while in character. Short version: no mind reading.

13) Have tons of fun! x3

14) These rules apply throughout the entire guild, though will be posted in each forum. They're subject to change if needed.

15) Before posting a new topic, please make sure you look over the "What's This Forum" thread in each room. Topics that are created in a room they aren't supposed to be in will be moved, so don't panic if you can't find your topic. Not sure where a topic belongs? Ask a moderator, they don't bite.
